These are great, I bought two sets.
I bought these to feed my elderly dog. I needed something soft because she has dental issues that can’t be treated due to her other medical conditions. She’s started eating on her own again, but these were perfect while she wasn’t. Firm enough to hold food, but soft enough that they didn’t cause her any pain.

However, they are dishwasher safe (top rack only), or hand wash in warm water using mild liquid soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Can be boiled or steam sterilized.It is also mentioned they may stain due to certain foods. So far, I have not noticed any staining. I am sure it may happen in time.Perfect to give as a gift. Solid infant utensils
I was a bit surprised at the size at first. I didn’t realize these are basically for introducing an infant to solid food. That is to say these are about the smallest spoons you can realistically get. They hold food well, and while soft silicone, they hold their shape well with minimal unnecessary flex. At 7 months, my infant is too big for these spoons, but I figure around 3-5months is likely the age these spoons were modeled for.

Perfect for young eaters
These spoons are great for little hands. The silcone material makes it easy to grip. The food doesn’t slip off the spoon. The food stays on the spoon long enough to make it to their little mouths. They are dishwasher safe which is a big bonus. They are perfect for new and experienced eaters!

Simple for a toddler
Nuby makes quality silicone based cutlery for the youngest children with safety in mind. There are no rough edges on the this spoon set, no odd smells, and they are light enough to be grasp by a toddler at meal time. The spoons wash easily with either soap and water, or a trip through the dishwasher. Other products seem to be of less quality than these at either the same price or greater.
