I have created an account on the Arenti APP, how do I connect to the camera?

1-Click the ‘+’ icon on the page & choose P2Q

2-Enter the correct wifi information

3-Scan the two-dimensional code on the app at an appropriate distance

4-After the beep sound, click the button & wait for 20 seconds, the setting is finished

What should I notice when connecting to the camera?

1-Make sure the red light is flashing before setting up

2-If the router is a dual-band and you want to connect 5g, please connect 2.4g first, and then connect to 5G.

3-Make sure the device and mobile phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi

Such a great find!
My English Mastiff tore both of her CCLs and it left her mobility super limited. Leading up to surgery I was anxious leaving her for any extended period of time because she was so uncomfortable. And now that she is freshly post op (surgery 2/20, picked her up 2/21)I’m even more anxious. For real, I was worried about her licking her surgical spot while I was in the shower. I want to avoid putting her in the cone of shame; she is already miserable and I don’t want to add to it.This was an impulse purchase based on my anxiety and concern for her wellbeing. The last cameras I got (for exterior, and a different brand) were such a let down that I was nervous about buying another camera, so when I saw this one for under $30 it felt worth a try for my sanity.Let. Me. Tell. You. I am SO impressed with the quality. It lets you move your view around via your phone from far away. The picture is clear and it does a great job with natural light and night time. The walkie-talkie works, though there is deffo a delay and I *think* the sound quality from the camera is funky. It left my girl howling when I tried to talk to her. (See first photo, her head cock was at the camera sound.).I’m not super impressed with the app. I haven’t figured out how to get to the motion alerts without receiving one and following the notification. The motion detector seems pretty sensitive too. We were snuggling and I rolled over a little and BAM, I got an alert.That being said, I mostly care about the live and being able to creeper on her. I don’t need to go watch a whole day back.It was really easy to install. I haven’t paid any mind to storage or security. Given when I am using the camera for I don’t have concerns about those thing.I do wish it had a turn off button. I have been unplugging the camera when I’m home with her because I don’t need to get alerts about myself. It also kinda sucks that it has to be plugged into power to be live vs. recharging or allowing it to run on its own if needed. For my use, I don’t really care though.It is also possible that if I actually read the entries booklet that I’d have some answers for some of the things I don’t care for.Just buy the camera!

Easy to use and setup information
The ARENTI 5G 4MP Pet Camera, No Subscription Indoor – It’s just as advertised.As someone that has owned many indoor cameras, this has a lot of features for the price and very simple to use and set up.You do not have to be tech savvy today for these type of cameras. You plug it in and it gives you the instructions. However, you need to download the app first and have your Wi-Fi code. It will ask you for permissions. I always attempt to use only while using this app on any of the permissions. You can try to say no to some, however, it will show you on the screen what permissions you have to have as you set it up and will not let you proceed further if you don’t. This seems to be the case for most indoor cameras today that they’re asking for more permissions.I love that it you use a USB C cable that’s included that if you need a longer length, it’s easy enough to purchase on Amazon. The cable that it comes with is over 6 ft.I will agree with another reviewer the night vision is excellent. On my older cameras I have to have the lights on to get the night vision to be viewable.It does have the manual on the app. It just comes with a quick start guide. However, the buttons for microphone, camera, video are fairly intuitive and I did not need to go to the manual either for setup or to use.You do not need a subscription and it does come with a storage card. I am including a photo of where you put the card in. You just simply push up on the lens and it will be below that. It does have a protective cover over the lens when you receive it. During the instructions, it will also tell you to hold the reset button for 4 to 5 seconds, I am also including a photo where that is located.If you visit the the Arenti store they have different types of cameras that includes a separate monitor if you want to view two rooms at the same time with a separate device other than on your phone, they are much more expensive, but it is useful for monitoring babies and pets at the same time in different rooms without constantly having to go back to your phone.Overall, I thought this was a great camera for the price of $29.99 at the time of my order and it has very many useful features and settings that are important to have.

Works Really Well
I can’t even pronounce this brand, but it was cheap! This thing still works after 2 years and every feature it has, actually worked! The app is easy to use it has great features like allowing you to adjust the motion sensitivity. Both the camera and app were easy to install.

Great for peace of mind when traveling
I set this up in hopes of keeping an eye on four cats while we were traveling. Of course the cats did not always cooperate by hanging out in the den, but I was able to see each of them fairly often. I was actually monitoring this from a cruise ship in the Atlantic Ocean, and it worked decently well. The ship wi-fi is not the most stable, so it was amazing to me that this worked at all. It was a little sluggish making the 360 degree turns, but it worked. Using the more stable home wi-fi, it works even better. It was very easy to set up and I had no problems downloading the app or connecting to the camera and my wi-fi. I like that it comes with a chip to record, though that wasn’t especially important to me. It works just as well at night as it does during the day. I was able to talk to the cats, though it startled them and I don’t think they particularly appreciated it! I had it set up to show the back door as well, so we would have had video evidence if anyone had tried to break in while we were gone, which increased my sense of security. Overall, not a bad camera for the money.

This is exactly what I was looking for. great wifi 5g connection, reasonable price, great view, clear video. It os mountable and it works great on my Alexa and my phone. I can now see my mom wherever I go. I will be getting two more.

Lo compré a finales de noviembre y al día de hoy el rastreo de movimiento ya no funciona, es decir, la camara dejó de girar, se quedó atorada y solo enfoca un solo lugar. Al principio si giraba y enfocaba muy padre toda la casa, pero desde hace unos dias se quedó estática, hace un ruidito como si quisiera girar, pero no gira. Me duró muy poquito el gusto.
