My favorite diffuser for large rooms, and customer service is wonderful.
I have a few diffusers in my house, and this one ended up in my bedroom because it gives off more mist than any of the others for a longer time. My previous diffuser for my bedroom didn’t seem to put any scents into the air even when I increased the essential oil I put into it. With this diffuser, I set it to ON and then hold the mist button until I hear 1 beep that signals the high mist mode is on. High mist mode can be chosen for each of the timer settings. Now I can smell the wonderful scents, and the mist still lasts all night. Since this diffuser holds 400 ml. of water vs. the 150-200 ml. that many hold, it can be set to run continuously for up to 13 hours. The timer option allows you to set it to run for 1, 3, or 6 hours or continuously until it runs out of water at which time it will automatically shut off. The option of choosing 1 of 7 lighting colors or a rainbow of all colors is also a nice touch.After about a week, my diffuser stopped working – neither the mist or the lights worked. I decided to try the power cord from another diffuser and it worked. The power cord from this diffuser did not work in the other diffuser. This indicated that there was a short in the power cord for this unit. I sent a message to the seller describing the problem and asked if I could get a replacement power cord. The next day, I got a message from them saying they were sorry about the problem and were sending me a replacement diffuser. How refreshing that a seller stands behind their products!!As mentioned previously, I have multiple diffusers in my home, and the oils used in them depends on the needs at the time. In my 98-year-old mother’s room, I often use a Breathe Easy blend when she has a cough or congestion in her chest. There are also blends for stress relief, sleeping, and so many more. I use the diffuser in my bedroom every night as the scents are relaxing and I sleep better. If my mother or I have a problem with congestion, the oils for this purpose relieve the congestion and make breathing easier. For my bathroom, I enjoy the sweeter more flowery scents like lavender. These scents seem to help me to get my day started feeling more positive.Whether or not you have tried aromatherapy, this diffuser is definitely a good one to have, especially if you want a stronger scent that will last throughout the night. It’s also good to know that the seller stands behind the quality of this diffuser.UPDATE 11/25/18:I have been using this diffuser in my bedroom for about 6 weeks, and I still love it. Even on the high mist mode, it lasts the entire night and shuts itself off when it runs out of water. I do like the hi mist mode as my bedroom is relatively large, and this mode fills the room for the entire night. I have been happy enough with this diffuser that I have bought another one for a different room.UPDATE 10/07/19:I have been using this diffuser every night for over a year, and it’s still working as well as it did the day I bought it. I also bought one for my mother’s room shortly after I bought this one, and it is still working as well. She is 99 years old and sometimes has a runny nose. Using this diffuser in her room at night seems to help her sleep better, and reduces the her runny nose. I use one in my bedroom because the fragrances are relaxing after a hectic day.08/11/2020:I have been using this diffuser in my bedroom and in my Mom’s for about 2 years. Since so many products sold today don’t last for even a year, I am very impressed with this diffuser. Both that I have are working as well as they did when I got them, and, honestly, I haven’t cleaned them as often as I should. I am sold on the benefits of essential oils as they have helped my mother a lot with breathing and congestion. They have also helped me to relax at night when I go to sleep. If these diffusers should ever stop working, I can assure you I would buy them again.I should also mention that this review was not prompted or paid for in any way, and is entirely my opinion based on my use of this diffuser. This humidifier is great so far! It is very quiet. I like the little night light option. I love that I only need to add water every other day usually. The only thing I would change is either make the water window a bit bigger or put some sort of float in there. It can be hard to see the water level through the thin strip without shining a flashlight on it.

Perfect humidifier for bedroom use
Very quiet even at the highest setting — you can barely notice it running at night.The 6L tank lasts almost two full nights without refilling, and the mist output is strong enough to cover a large bedroom.I like that it doesn’t use a filter, which means less maintenance.Easy to clean and refill, and the auto shut-off gives peace of mind.After a week of use, the air feels much more comfortable and my throat isn’t dry anymore. Highly recommended!

Great lil humidifier
I have owned over a dozen types of different humidifiers over the years, and I like this one best. For an ultrasonic humidifier, it is fairly simple and easy to clean. The mist-output on high is pretty good, and the controls are easy to use and feel of quality. The water level indicator is visible and clear, also, you can rotate the direction of the mist output, which is extremely helpful. This particular humidifier feels like it’s of high quality, even more than the carepod one plus that I returned. I would put this as my overall top-pick for all types of humidifiers (ultrasonic, evaporative, steam etc). It has been quite a frustrating journey to find a decent humidifier, and i’m grateful that I found this one.

We’d been using this humidifier for a couple of weeks before I came across some information which made me regret this purchase. Maybe it will help someone else. Apparently ultrasonic humidifiers, with everything great they have to offer, are not as safe as everybody thinks. I came across a post by a child’s mom who says that such humidifier gave her daughter an asthma. Apparently ultrasonic humidifiers pulverize water into mist which gets emitted into the air. Together with water they also pulverize minerals, which are fine when they are in the water but are harmful when inhaled in their pulverized state. Distilled water helps but it takes a lot of water! Then there is bacteria and mold that grow in all that standing water; that gets into the air as well. These humidifiers need to be cleaned well and regularly to prevent all the bad things from growing. They are very hard to clean: there is absolutely no way to get into this tank to clean it properly and there are lots of places in the base where water sits all the time that can’t be reached. Use some harsh cleaner to dissolve everything? Nope, or you’ll be breathing all those chemicals when you turn it on. We have an old ultrasonic humidifier with UV light that’s supposed to kill everything in the water; that makes me feel a little better. This unit does not have UV light. I wish I knew all this before I bought it; I would have stayed away from it. As I am stuck with it, it will only be used for few days at a time when really needed.Now my review of the unit itself:I started looking for a humidifier when my daughter started having health problems from dry winter air. I wanted something good size but not too big for kid’s room so I wouldn’t have to refill it too often. This unit seemed like a good option: 6L is a good sized tank, description says that it “lasts 50 straight hours between refills!” and “Each tank is designed to last up to 6 days before refilling.” The little tray for essential oil tray seemed like a great addition too. When I received it i fell in love: I bought a white one and i thought it was very stylish and sleek looking; it looked great in the room too. I filled it up and set it on the lowest setting: it seemed like it was putting out plenty of moisture for the smaller room. To my surprise it turned itself off 1.5 days later… I did not get anything close to promised 50 hours. I contacted the seller wanting to know if i got a defective unit or their description was inaccurate. The seller would not admit to either, they seem to think there is a third option.So after owning it for a few days here is what i think. I love the look, it adds moisture to the air, it is quiet. However the lowest setting is too high for a smaller room (not a tiny room, normal size kid/guest bedroom) particularly if you keep the door closed, which we have to do because our cats are really determined to eat my daughter’s hamster. When the door is open it feels fine but when it’s closed the room feels too humid, in fact i can see moisture in the air. I wish the lowest setting produced less moisture then it would run longer too. It does not live up to the description as far as running time goes. On the lowest setting it runs for only 30+ hours, on high people here say only 12-16 hours. There are plenty of people who are fine with it, it’s just not my cup of tea. We have an older humidifier with two 0.8 gallon tanks; we use it in the big living room on high and i have to refill it every 2-3 days. The tanks also have handles on the sides, which makes carrying them and holding under the faucet a lot more convenient. This tank does not have a handle and filling it up is awkward. The oil tray works but not as well as a diffuser would. You have to put enough oil and the first couple of hours you can smell it, after that the smell goes away.In conclusion, I give it 2 stars for features, performance and cleaning difficulty, and take one star off for misleading description.
