Great device!
I like how this little device is simple and effective. It has helped loosened mucus when I get exacerbations, and makes breathing exercises easier. Being able to adjust the resistance also helps, and the fact that its size is compact, makes it convenient take anywhere.

Wow! I got this because of a round of virus that left me feeling like I couldn’t breathe deep anymore. From the very first time I used it I could tell a difference. Loosened up my heavy chest feeling and it seemed like it immediately helped me get a better level of sleep. As a senior I have noticed an advancing decline in the depth of my breaths so I am going to use it religiously every day to keep building on the benefits I already so quickly have seen. Great Product!
This thing is absolutely amazing for when you have phlem stuck in your chest. I was turned onto this by a friend and it’s a must-have for every household! It’s easy to use, works right away at getting stuff out of your chest, is cheaper than other treatment options, re-usable, and the bearings come in 3 sizes, so it works based on your needs. It is small and lightweight.

Moves mucus out
After having numerous surgeries, I bought this because I used something similar at the hospital. However, this thing works better than I thought it was going to. All I do is just blow inside of this. At first I used the small ball but since purchasing this almost 2 months ago, I am on the middle ball. I have tried the larger one and that one is a lot harder than I thought. However, this device allows me to breathe so much easier and since using this, I’ve had more energy because I can actually breathe. I am a lot more comfortable and I can move around so much better. Using it is really easy and I love that this fits anywhere I go. Truly makes it easier to take with me. Since using this, I can now take deep breaths whereas before I couldn’t without having problems. With my results that I have had, this was definitely a great value!

The product is well constructed. This is not a flimsy device. Easily cleaned . The exercise is very simple but it is effective . After using the device my normally quiet voice is stronger . The device is pricey but effective .
