Wonderful bedtime story
This has been a favorite of my family’s for years, so when I found out we were having our 3rd baby, I knew I needed to get another copy. (Our last one survived two babies through toddlerhood, but had finally apart by the time they were in preschool.) My sons could quote every word of this book. It’s a classic. The board book arrived in great condition and I look forward to sharing it with our new arrival.

Perfect for a 2-year old
Always a pleaser, this book is already beloved by my 2-year-old grandson, who looks for the moon out his window every night. At 24 months, he is just the right age for “reading” this and turning the pages easily.

I got this book for my great nephew. Manly because I remember it from when I was growing up. After buying it for him, I realized that it is just as sweet and easy to get threw as I remember. It’s about going to bed and saying goodnight to everything around you. Simple, yet has a certain timeless charm. It’s a definite favorite for a bedtime book.

A soothing story
I wasn’t a big fan of the illustrations at first, so I was hesitant to buy it, but I’m glad I gave it a chance! I didn’t quite see the appeal when reading it for the first time, but now I find it to be a calm and soothing story—perfect for bedtime or naps. Since it’s about things you see in a room, I think it’ll also be a great way to engage my little one by pointing out and naming objects in his own room when he grows up. This has definitely become a go-to read for us every day and I myself enjoy it very much!

In my opinion, this lovely book will never go out of favour. I purchased a copy for my son when he was little (he’s now 51 years old). I bought a second copy, just now, because we have friends with young kids who come to visit. (Truth be told, though, I bought this second copy for ME. )I’ve no doubt the book’s stellar artwork, it’s simple observances and rhymes, will continue making it a classic for generations to come. Highly recommended.
