Love love love this product!
Honestly the best item I’ve purchased this year. It takes the pressure off my lower spine / overly tight hip muscles and helps me sleep. Soft and cozy. I’m not a pregnant mom. This could be used by anyone. Love it.

Helpful for Pelvic Girdle Pain
BEFORE PILLOW:First time mom here! I was using a regular sleeping pillow between my knees since about 8 weeks pregnant. We have a queen-sized bed and I was worried a huge pregnancy pillow would be too cumbersome and take up too much space, so I was determined to make-do with what we already had. You know, for money reasons. I sleep 80% of the time on my left side, but do enjoy switching sides occasionally, and I wasn’t sure if turning over would be even possible with one of those large U-shaped pillows. When my pelvic girdle pain kicked in around 19 weeks, turning over became a true challenge. At about 8 weeks pregnant, I needed a regular pillow between my knees to help with hip discomfort, so once the pelvic girdle pain kicked in around 19 weeks, turning over with the pain AND a standard-sized pillow was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. My sleep was disrupted from pain, and having to pull the pillow out from my knees, turn over, drag the pillow to the new spot under the sheets, position it, and get comfortable again.I eventually found this Momcozy knee pillow and it seemed like a great solution for me personally, so I tried it out for the price.AFTER THE KNEE PILLOW:I roll over at night almost without thinking, now! I move cautiously still due to the ebs and flow of the pelvic pain, but not because I have to focus on keeping the pillow in place. Functionally, the scrunchy leg strap is barely-there in a good way, meaning I’m not distracted by the sensation, and I don’t even worry about having to transition a full-size pillow with me when I turn =) I honestly forget it’s there. The height and firmness is perfect: feels plush and comfy memory foam, but doesn’t lose shape at all overnight.Highly recommend!

Way better than a body pillow
For my first pregnancy, I used a large body pillow, but for some reason that was uncomfortable/making my pelvic pain worse for my second pregnancy. I switched to this plus a butterfly-style pillow to support my belly, and it’s been great! Love the strap to hold this in place over night. It’s also SO easy to slip off for a middle-of-the-night bathroom trip vs. wrestling with a huge pillow to get out of bed. Definitely has helped my back, hips, etc. feel better.

Very nice! Cooling, soft, nice memory foam!
Very comfy, nice cover. as other have mentioned, the strap needs to be cut off (in my opinion). Very comfy pillow, stays cool! I like the density if the memory foam. Highly recommended!

Absolute game changer for pregnancy
I’m slowly becoming a momcozy loyalist. This has changed the way I sleep in the best way possible. For my first pregnancy I just used a regular pillow between my legs, but it was bulky, annoying, and I’d always have to adjust it in the middle of the night. I told myself I’d buy a nicer one for my second, and this was my choice. This one stays put not only because of the shape, but because of the strap. It’s soft, cooling, keeps its shape all night, and doesn’t bother me at all even when I’m tossing and turning. 10/10

Surprisingly Comfortable and Effective!
Even though this knee pillow is marketed for pregnancy, I bought it to help with hip pain from side sleeping as I’ve gotten older — and I’m glad I did! The reviews were great, so I decided to give it a try.I’m a very picky sleeper and have lots of sensory issues with sheets, pillows, nightgowns, and anything I use at night. If something is even slightly uncomfortable, I won’t use it. But I can honestly say this pillow is comfortable and doesn’t bother me at all.Best of all, it really helps reduce my hip pain, making side sleeping much more comfortable.Pros:Comfortable even for sensitive sleepersStays in place and doesn’t irritateHelps relieve hip painGreat quality for the priceIf you struggle with hip pain from side sleeping — whether you’re pregnant or not — this pillow is absolutely worth trying!

Great for back pain!
My doctor recommended I get this foor my poor pelvic floor strength and it has worked wonders. It’s perfectly soft and comfy. The strap helps keep it in place. For someone with thick thighs it stays in place really well and stays as cool as it can.
