Great gate!
Purchased this gate to gate off our living room in an opening to the hallway that’s 48in. It was easy to install and is perfect for separating our dog from our little one when needed! Great quality, works well and is also our son’s new favorite toy! It’s easy to open when you get the hang of it, opens both ways and stays open past 90 degrees which is so helpful for when you’re not wanting it in use! The anti tripping ramp thing is great too! Priced well and is definitely another win from Grownsy! We have loved every product we have from them.

Strong, Flexible and Easy to Install
I bought two of these to protect my 1 year old grandson from exploring where he shouldn’t. The install was easy and they did not budge all weekend. My curious little guy knows what buttons can do and he could not figure out how to get these open. He certainly tried.We have a second home and need to install gates like these for Xmas or will move them back and forth. The gates are easy to expand and the V shaped side arms are great for stairway posts.Very good product.

I’ve bought 3 of these! We use the baby gates to keep the pets out of the living rooms when we’re not home, and another outside to keep them on the upper deck.Great value and secure. My husband installed them so I can’t speak to how easy it was, but he did make it look easy. They look nice too. We used to use the white plastic type and these just have a nicer aesthetic while also allowing the door to easily be open or closed whenever we need to walk through.

It was good but hard to open most of the time. It’s not easy to make it open with out a fight. Just getting it level is not easy. But it does help keep the Dog from running.

It’s incredibly sturdy and well-built, giving us peace of mind when it comes to keeping our little one safe around stairs and off-limits areas.Installation was straightforward, and the gate is very easy for any adult to open and close, which is a huge plus when your hands are full. The design is clean, modern, and blends in nicely with our home.One thing to note: while it’s secure for younger toddlers, our 2.5-year-old was able to figure out how to open it with a bit of effort. So if you’re looking for a gate to block slightly older, more curious kids, you may want to keep a close eye.

Very Versatile for different applications
Being a first time Grandpa, I was preparing for a visit from my Son/wife with my grandson. My house was not toddler proof and I had a set of stairs that needed to be blocked, I saw this baby gate on amazon and quickly order, came 2 day later just in time to set up. My application was unique as the foot of the stairs was next to a window and could not place any gate there do to not having any solid surface on one side due to window, I went with two gates to black access to the stairs from the main house, these work perfectly and were extremely easy to set up. they had extenders but I did not have use but see how that would be a benefit for other application needed a wider area to block. Once in place they were solid and held in place with any fear of them falling or being pulled down. The Gate made it easy access for the rest for us adults. Not having to step over or take down to get upstairs was a real plus. They were only for a visit so I have store them for next time or to use in other applications. I would highlyly recommend to anyone. One big hint in installing, since I am one who does not read instructions I cut a zip tied that prevent the spring action n the gate to not engage which makes installation easier, though I did it, it was still pretty easy to install but took a little more effort and adjustment on the tensioners on the side. I learned my lesson on the first one and the second went up easy peasy. Lesson learned do not cut the tension strap. It is well marked on the product.

I live in an apartment unit that has that stair case right by the front door, so it has that 90-degree turn at the bottom of the stair case with two extra steps, if that makes sense. Anyways, I wasn’t sure this would work with my staircase since there weren’t any examples in the product photos or customer reviews of a staircase similar to mine. This ended up working out very well though, I was able to install it at the bottom of the staircase where the 90-degree turn is to those last two bottom steps. I used those accessories, those V-clamps, to install one side against the rounded staircase endings, and then use the standard gate-ends for the wall. It’s sturdy, just can’t put too much weight on it or it may break or come off, but I’m talking adult weight leaning on it. My toddler’s weight against it is no concern and he can’t open it. I did make the mistake of breaking off that one tag that you’re not supposed to break off until later in the installation process, so don’t do what I did because it made installing it more difficult. Regardless, this is a solid baby gate. Make sure to measure your space before you buy and select the gate size that works best for your situation.
