Perfect chair ! It’s sturdy and comfortable. The old fold chairs are hard on my back but this chair gives a lot more support. The cup holder is a generous size so any size glass or mug should fit. The carry bag it comes with is a great bonus.

Good choice for seniors
I cannot speak to durability as I’ve only been using the chair for a week on my deck. I am a senior, so I was looking for a sturdy, stable chair that provided some back support and was easy to get in and out of. It does not disappoint in these areas. I especially appreciate the high back which is why I purchased it in the first place. However, I cannot imagine a really big (obese) person sitting comfortably in it. The seat is not particularly wide (OK for me as I’m not big and certainly not ‘wide’). The attached cup holder on the right side is a little annoying and I plan to remove it. The chair is heavy because it’s sturdy. As a senior in less than perfect health, I would not want to have to carry it very far. Otherwise, it seems well built. Certainly, better built than many of those offered on the Amazon website at this price.

Nice quality and comfortable.
Great quality, it has an adjustable back support, it also has a should handle and a carrying case. At first we put them back into the case every time but now we find it’s just as easy to fold them and put in our patio deck box when we want to tuck them away. Very comfortable! My husband is 6′ and 165 lbs and I’m 5′ and 140 and we are both comforable in them.

Need to be 6ft + for it to be comfortable.
You almost need to be at least close to 6ft for this chair to be comfortable. I am 5’5″ and it is not comfortable at all. I gave to my husband who is 6ft and it is fine for him. They should have stated that in the description more clearly.

Great chaie
Great durable chair. As pictured. Chair itself has a shoulder carry strap on it, but cant figure out how to keep the chair from expanding automatically and opening on you while carrying it- rigged it with a carribeaner. Material is a little tough but I rather have that for durability vs texture comfort.

Arms too short and narrow.
Overall a really good chair with some good features. My only criticism is that the arms are too short and narrow for me although they are padded. I liked the lumbar support. Pretty good value.

Dud alert! Plugged both of my new chairs into a fully charged 5V/2.4A battery pack and followed the instructions to turn the heat on. Nothing happened except a seeming error code – all the colors of the on/off heat-setting button flashed on a single cycle then nothing. This behaviour happened on both chairs with both newly charged battery packs. Also noticed that the manufacturer, Westfield Outdoors, doesn’t sell these anymore – as in no more heated chairs. Hmmm…I wonder why? Customer support just confirmed that these must be returned. At the end of the day, its probably better to get a top-shelf, battery-powered heated blanket or pad, then use these on a comfy camp chair. Giving this a two-star because the distributor’s/OEM’s customer support was so quick and helpful.
