No, our camera is solar battery powered camera, for saving battry power, it was designed as PIR triggered recording, only support human detection, no auto tracking function available, please understand.
Does this wireless security camera come with a SD card? If not, what kind of SD card should I get?
No, our camera for home security support up to 128GB SD card, not included in the pacakge, you can get a micro SD card/TF card by yourself.
Pairing failed? What can I do?
1. Please move your router closer to the camera for better signal transfer. 2. Our camera support both 2.4 and 5G WiFi, 2.4G has larger coverage, please try to switch if you get slow internet. 3. Consider to get a Wifi booster to extend signal range
Do I need to pay monthly subsicription for the camera using?
No, the subscription is only for cloud storage, if you install SD card into camera for recording, there is no need to pay for cloud storage. Please send your bill to us to get payment back if you bought cloud accidently.
Human detection is not accurate.
The camera is designed as PIR triggered, hot weather may impact the camera’s detection, please understand. Please try to adjust motion detection sensitivity to high if you cannot get app alert.

1 week in and it is a great product
I got 2 of these cameras and so far they are pretty great. Both were easy to connect to my wifi and to my phone. The physical installation was pretty simple as well. Out of the box they had about 80% charge on the battery. I charged them fully before installing them so they would have the best chance for the solar panel to maintain them. I am using micro SD cards in both so I don’t need a subscription to the cloud service and they are working great. the motion detection is working well so far, I have one on the front of my house and I am notified every time a car drives passed. You can set them to only detect humans but I don’t mind the notifications. A question I had before my purchase that no one had been able to answer is the length of the cord on the solar panel, so here is the answer to that question. The cord on the solar panel is 9 feet 4 inches which is 112 inches which is 284 centimeters. I measured both of mine and they are the same length.

Easy to use. Husband mounted them easily. We LOVE we don’t have to use extra batteries due to the solar panels.connecting them to WiFi was easy as pie. Camera quality is perfect. Solar panels are the go to for battery life.

Best Solar Home Security Camera
I love this solar camera. I especially love the fact that it pairs well with Alexa. The solar panel keeps the camera fully charged. I love the full 360° rotation coverage. This makes me able to see what is going on around my entire house with just one camera. The two way audio allows me to talk from anywhere and also allows me to hear what is going on around my house when I am not there. The motion detection is very accurate and gives me a great sense of protection. The 1080 HD picture makes for clean, clear and sharpe images. Setup and installation was hassle free. The 5G connection is so fast and reliable. This camera is a really great option for home security.

It works but could be better.
This camera takes very good pictures. I use it with an SD card. It rarely alerts when a vehicle enters my driveway. It does alert when a human enters its viewing area. It is set for humans and vehicles. The advertisements pushing cloud storage are insane. Even blocking them doesn’t help. SD card is almost useless. It only records the last few frames of someone in the picture and rarely tracks them. It’s an ok camera for a beginner but there’s better options out there. I would not purchase again.***Update Nov. 14***. Customer Support contacted me via email and gave me several helpful suggestions to improve performance. They also gave me a QR code for a new app without all the cloud advertisements and offered a free SD card. Some suggestions worked but the camera still has trouble picking up vehicles. Occasional delay before recording. Customer Support went above and beyond. They gave me a 50% refund but I still can’t give this camera 5 stars. I will change it from a three to a four. I would consider purchasing again.

Pros.Love the app, easy to use. Remote control via phone for camera positioning has only about 2 sec lag.Push notifications are great and arrive with 1 still pic of event.This is AI smart, it can be set to pick up people and vehicles… Not cats, leaves etc.Solar charger is fine in mostly shade all day. I paid $60 for the unit, connect to my wifi. I can see my home from anywhere for zero additional costs.You can buy cloud storage but not necessary.Cons.Very Grainy zoom, digital zoom only.Really my only complaint, but for the cost I really can’t complain much about it.
