I ordered 2 of these chairs, and they are the BIGGEST PIECES of CRAP I have ever paid for!!! First of all, when I took them out of the box, which was very difficult, they were COVERED in tiny slivers of wood. I got 2 big splinters just taking them out of the box. The upholstery is SUPER cheap!!! It is not sew correctly, on the top back piece of both of the chairs, one corner comes to a point and the other is rounded, so they look like they are sitting crooked, or they’re broken. Then the upholstery on one on the back top piece has a hole in it. No on the seam, but in the actual material. They are TINY!!! My 7 year old and my 10 year old tried to sit together in one, my average size 7 year old took up the entire seat, my extremely skinny size 10 year old had to turn side ways and sit on her hip to fit. These is anything are CHILDREN’S recliners, for a play room or somewhere you don’t mind them getting broken, because from what they feel like, and according to the other reviews it won’t be long and they won’t even recline. They sit up extremely high in the seat, and are VERY awkward, and have no give in the seat material because the material is sewn on so tight, literally almost busting at the seams. I know, because I can see down inside the seams on SEVERAL places on the chair. They are VERY wake, and wobbly. Your body is extremely tense while sitting in the for fear you are going to fall out the whole time, or that it will break underneath you. If shipping it back was not going to come out of our pocket, only doubling the cost of this POS, I’d send them back. The manufacturers of this product are THIEVES & LIARS, and any company pushing this product is just as guilty as far as I am concerned, PERIOD. If I had looked at this chair at a ‘brick and mortar’ store I would not have bought it.This is a very cheaply made chair which is as much irritating as it is disappointing. Each time I use it I am reminded of how poorly made it is. There is zero padding on the sides; the thin fabric is directly over what feels like plywood. The footrest has very little padding and is uncomfortable under the legs and feet. The footrest release is difficult to use and requires a lot of hassle to use. The footrest snaps up suddenly and is noisy. Getting the footrest to close is an even bigger hassle; I have to kick it to close it.The pros of this chair areIt is small. For a small den or room it does fit well.The color. The sage green is a light sage and does match the particular rug I have.The cons areCheap Cheap CheapChair length is too short. I am a five foot four inch woman with not long legs, and my feet hang over the edge of the footrest, on the ankles, on an unpadded and uncomfortable rest.Hassle factors of use (see above)If it weren’t such a pain to return a big item like this I would. But, returning this is a bigger project than I can manage, so I will keep it.If the advertisement stated this was made in China I would not have bought it, but I did use that as the title. Save your money and get a chair that is better made and not a piece of junk.

sturdy and nice looking, comfortable. It’s the perfect apartment sized chair but on the smaller side so if you are a large man it may not be the right choice, but perfect for me.

Chair is quite firm but good if you have back problems….gives you better posture! For the money I think it was good value.
