Good toy for many uses.
Great items that children in our clinic have enjoyed exploring. This is an activity that holds their attention and allows for many forms of play. We wash frequently by hand, the plush toys have held up well.

Got this for my 10-month-old baby. He loved it! Not only did he love it, but my dog loved it too lol. The box itself is soft; it opens from the top in a way that makes it easy for him to pull things out or put them in. The box and the animals are very colorful and have different sounds, and are a good size for their tiny hands. Some squeaky and some crinkly. It certainly keeps him entertained for a good while, which allows me to finish some house chores.

These little toys are soft and colorful and the container box fits everything well. As other reviewers have noted, everything is packed in plastic, so be sure to get rid of all that and let things expand and air out a bit before playtime. The items are great for naming lessons, or hunting for specific things. The toys that make noise and crinkle seemed to be the most attractive for our 14mos old grandson… and our lab, who definitely wanted to grab some for herself! We liked that everything packed up nice and neat and that things could be machine washed when needed.

Decent Toy for the Price
This “What’s Inside” box toy for infants and toddlers is a decent product. Compared to the Learning Resources brand version, this is a cheaper alternative. The box itself is made out of a thick felt, which doesn’t hold its shape very well, but well enough for the price. The outside of the box also has the pictures and words of everything that’s hidden inside the box, which is helpful!There are 12 plush toys inside the box. They are a bit large for the box because with all of them inside, it is difficult to get your hand into the to pull one out. All of the plushies have squeakers embedded in them except for the banana, which makes a crinkly sound instead. The squeakers aren’t always easy to squeeze though, as they are not in the center of the toy. It seems like the plushies are overstuffed in a way that makes the squeakers more difficult to use. The plushies also are somewhat random objects for babies/toddlers- an eggplant, a chili pepper, a loaf of bread? A lollipop and donut don’t seem like things the target age range should know about yet. The rabbit doesn’t look like a rabbit, it would have been better to make it a dog.It’s a cute toy that my 20 month old has enjoyed playing with. However, I’d recommend paying extra for the name brand product for better quality and more age-appropriate plushies.

Magic in a Soft Box!
I got the Ancitoy Baby Mystery Soft Box for my son to give to his new niece who is now 36 months old!It was pure joy watching him hand her the box for the first time. She had a big smile on her face, while at the same time looking perplexed… curious is a better word. As soon as she discovered what was hidden inside, she let out the biggest series of giggles I’ve heard her let out. Omgoodness! So cute! She’s had the toy for over a week now and it continues to be her favorite activity. Putting stuff in….taking it right back out. I can see how this may help shape her mind in a positive, effective way. Everything seems to be holding up well, too. Some items go missing, but we always find them. Or better yet… she finds them. I almost think she’s playing hide and seek with us using the toy. This is a great little learning toy!
