on the small side
I actually got the checkered mat one. I think it’s kind of a little small now. I did come in a very small packaging. And I did let the air. You know, do. It’s staying it more fluff, but the math a little thin often it’s a smaller Mat, but it’s a very cute gym toy for babies and all babies are different sizes, but this one for mine who’s regular size child. It is too small. The colors are very vibrant.I love the checker theme it’s gorgeous

Nice quality mat with nice features
While I didn’t overly love the very pink motif of this, it’s actually really cute. I was worried about the size, since my 6 month old is pretty long, but it’s actually bigger than some of the pictures make it look!The toys are really nice quality and the mat has a good amount of cushion. I also like that there’s a spot to attached the toys to the mat itself. Much less frustrating for babies who can’t reach the dangling toys.I love that the mirror is adjustable and in a much better position for them to see themselves than the dangling mirrors. I also really like the crinkly bits on the mat itself.The music and lights is a nice, original touch and it comes with batteries already installed. However, I can’t get them to work. I don’t know if it’s just the batteries, but it takes those annoying button batteries, which I do not have on hand. So that was really disappointing.The mechanism and style of the mobile structure is a bit cheaper looking but it does allow you to break it down and store it easier between babies and the mechanics for attaching it are much more sturdy than other ones I’ve had

Tiny Marvels Delivers AGAIN!!
I am a fan of Tiny Marvels products, and this one can be added to the list. Very versatile as the baby grows, with options to use while the baby is on their back or tummy, and later once they are sitting. The six sensory toys are well thought out for stimulation. And the mat even has sensory zones! Of course, all of this wouldn’t be as perfect unless it were fully washable. BINGO! Tiny Marvels – you have another wonderful product!!!

Differentiated from competitors by lights in arch. Like Piano style kick pad better.
SUMMARY:This is not a “wow, must have”, amongst the vast competition of activity play mats for babies.Having owned and used MANY activity play mats, the only thing that differentiates THIS mat is the light featuresand sound when baby kicks arch or pulls on toys along arch.Have 3 of the centers with the kick the piano keyboard at the end; as this is the same concept, except the keyboardarea is longer and can be used for tummy time or back time to kick.I am only deducting 1-star, as it is just for my “preference” and nothing against the activity center itself.In the keyboard style kick pad, you have greater surface area, and usually a greater selection of songs/sounds as well as multiple keypads to kick.Comfort: Now for the mat being thin as stated by other reviews, this is actually thicker than several of the floor mats we have used. We have some play centers with just a single piece of fabric as the floor mat. I have carpet and still put a baby blanket/pad under the play mat for cushion. I also put a waterproof pad under or on top of the play pads as baby spits up or has a diaper blow out, just easier for me to wash those waterproof pads and not take apart the play center.Size: Dimensions are stated as 31.5″ x 31.5″, which should be sufficient for 0-6M.Value: I cannot state that this is “value” just because this is such a competitive place and too many other options at lower price points at the time of this review. Price to me is always a factor. My rating did not deduct for price. My deduction was still based only on preferring the piano style vs this style.Ease of Use/Assembly: assembly a bit more time with threading the wires through the arch. WE don’t keep small watch batteries on hand, so that was something we had to run out and buy to have on hand.Color and Design of actual item match description as advertised.The most appealing item of the playset is the pale pink and “girly” design.Not gender-neutral if this is your first child and planning on more.We usually purchased animal themed or gender-neutral play mats when buying for baby # 1.
