Love this as a third time parent
We’re swapping out a lot of our kids stuff and for our third we decided to change changing pads as well. The one that we have does not come with straps but this one does, plus the bottom has a texture that doesnt make it slippery (non skid), which is very helpful on our changing table and especially knowing how much our other 2 moved around during diaper changing. The foam feels very supportive and secure to change our baby in as the sides are higher than the one we own now. Last plus is that you can use this pad with their non-toxic changing pad sheets as well, and that the cover that you receive with it is removable and washable
