It still does the diffuser part, the light just stopped.
This no longer light up after a few uses.UPDATE:Customer immediately refunded the cost of my item. Couldn’t ask for better service. I am very pleased with their service and would like to share your experience again. So deeply grateful.

Once I plugged 🔌 this machine in…I was plugged in! Easy to set up and by the instructions very easy to maintain! Easy to operate, too! The lights, the design (the top is easy to remove for adding water 💧), and a little bit of essential oil goes a long way, the aroma and mystical mist is magical! Well-worth the price and they offered a discount! What’s a gal to do? I’m retiring my fairly new diffusers and all in with “BlueHills”!

Excellent Essential Oil Diffuser (BlueHills 2000XL)
The diffuser can cover a large room and love the changing colors and the design! We use Rosemary essential oil and the mist produces a calming effect. And soothing smell in our bedroom. Had an issue with the diffuser, contacted the seller and it was resolved right away. I highly recommend this product, an excellent gift to friends and relatives for this upcoming Christmas and for any occasions! Love it!!!

Used and broken
I ordered two of these for the purpose of running longer hours. One of the diffusers was used as there was mineral deposit in the water chamber and there was a 1cm size hole in the bottom where the water actually ran out. The second diffuser also had a hole in the bottom. Will need to return both.

Great but not as long lasting as it seems
The diffuser itself holds tons of water and can has a great way of choosing how much smoke comes out. BUT, because the top hole where the smoke comes out of is quite large, it’s not that long lasting. I hope this brand decides to make it smaller so it lasts a longtime!

Great Diffuser
This diffuser is amazing. It is the easiest to use and the size is great! You don’t have to continually keep filling it and the lights are so nice! You control the most levels with a knob which is also convenient.

Best one I bought so far
I love his diffuser, easy to clean just fill it up and it’s good to go. I have bought other humidifiers and you had to keep cleaning them and it stopped because the water ran out too quick. This one the water is just fine. You can literally use it for two days. I love the colors on it.

Nice sized diffuser, but no auto-off.
I like the volume of water this can hold. I have a diffuser running all day. This one doesn’t have an auto shut off, though. If I don’t turn it off at night, I’ll come down in the morning to find it working away. There is a knob that regulates the amount of vapor that goes into the room. That’s a nice feature.

I must have got a defective one because I could only put a couple of inches of water for it to work, they kept saying make sure its under the water line but could not see a water line anywhere, colors change but I didn’t mind that, also it’s nothing like the picture, the light is barely there, it’s mostly a giant white tank you can only fill a couple of inches, returning.
