Let me start out by saying…IT WORKS AMAZINGLY!! Within the FIRST DAY Maggie my 13 yr old cat STOPPED “OVER GROOMING/ LICKING” herself constantly!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We had a pretty abrupt move so understandably my cats weren’t taking it well. I have 6 cats and some of them were doing okay after a few days but a few were taking it really hard. My one cat was puking non stop and not eating and my other cat would yelp everytime we picked him up. Everyone was hiding and crying. I got this product, plugged it in in the morning and by afternoon I had noticed a huge difference in all my cats. It’s been a few days a my one cat hasn’t puked once since I plugged it in. All the cats are now out and about, purring and happy. I don’t notice any smell coming from the diffuser which I was worried about after reading some comments. It’s a really great deal! You get 3 for $20! I will absolutely be buying these again for whenever me move next! Happy kitties in the pictures 🥹

Great Product, but not odorless
It says odorless smell, but it actually has a pretty bad smell to it. I do appreciate my cats not running around at night though, it has definitely calmed them down, my cats still eat normally and have no signs of discomfort since I’ve plugged in 2 of the calming diffusers (1 bed 1 bath apartment). The diffusers work just like the glade and febreze wall plug ins- I have had them plugged in for about a week now and they still have quite a bit of liquid left. This item was a lot cheaper than the on-brand calming diffusers and work just as well!

So effective. Just as good as the more expensive brands.
We usually buy the expensive name brand version of this but it costs a lot of money for us since our home is over 2000 sq ft, not open concept and we have a lot of cats… so we decided to give this a try since we could get three for the price of one of the name brand. These have worked amazingly. Because theyre afforable we’ve been able to add more and have noticed a drastic difference in the number of confrontations between our cats. We have all boys and one is a fickle rag doll who loves humans and hates other animals. He was attacking out 11 year old cat every change he got, brutally. Ever since adding 2 more to the house we’ve not had one major interaction. The mean cat is pretty mellow now and just sleeps all day. He used to be constantly on high alert and clingy. Its definitely helping and I will continue to buy these.

Helped a sad kitty be a happy kitty
Super easy to snap the pieces together, and the directions are easy to follow. My family took in a severely emaciated stray. She was starved, pregnant, and needing so much love. We did vet checks, she ended up losing the litter, but she’s turned into such a sweet, wholesome snuggly cat, and I feel these helped her settle in.I’m usually very sensitive to smells and things in the air, but there is no smell and nothing has impacted the human occupants of the home, haha. Very happy with this product.

No improvement in my household
I truly don’t know how effective these are but in my experience, they have not helped with the issues I’ve been having with my cats marking and/or peeing in my home. I purchased these for the waiting period before their appointments to get fixed and they seemed to have no impact what so ever.

Customer service is not good
The product actually works very well. The problem is the purchasing/return/customer service. They work very well, I ordered some for my mom’s house to help her cats. I did not know she also ordered some at the same time. It literally says on the first page that it is fully refundable. When I asked to do a return and refund they said it is nonrefundable. Customer service has been terrible and now I’m stuck with diffusers that we do not need because they are not honoring what is clearly stated on their product page. Would not recommend

Works as described. I am cat sitting for my niece in my home. We have 3 cats and 5 kids. Her male is not used to all the excitement. After 24hrs with these plugged in, he is being so calm and loving with everyone (including the pets)

We got a new couch and immediately our cats started to scratch it. So I picked up a Feliway diffuser from my vets office to try. The Feliway diffuser did work, the cats stopped scratching the couch and I also noticed a big change in one of our cats behaviour around our new puppy. She was super calm, not as afraid and not anxious to be around the puppy. Only problem, the Feliway diffusers are VERY expensive!! So I searched on Amazon, looked up TopSum and read lots of the reviews. Sounded like they worked and they were SO much cheaper, I figured it was worth a shot. Bought a starter pack with 2 diffusers and 2 refills. Plugged them in and noticed my cat was still nice and relaxed around the puppy! I now have 3 diffuses plugged in throughout the house and it’s almost been 2 months of using them consistently and they are amazing! I’d even say they seem to work better for my cats than the Feliway diffuser did. Amazing products and awesome price point. Myself and my cats thank you! Pictures of said cat and said dog!

This is a remarkable product and for my clowder of 9 cats, recently moved into a smaller home, it had been effective in reducing aggression and anxiety. I’ve one particular feline who’s a bully and her behavior had been so very sweet and kind. Overall, the cats are more relaxed and affectionate. Especially in the new home, I’m extremely pleased with the product’s efficacy.

I have two cats; one is a bully, the other is shy. I initially bought a different brand with the diffuser but they do not have just refills. I didn’t want to keep getting a diffuser so I tried these. These fit perfectly and work just as well! The bully doesn’t bully anymore and the shy cat is more outgoing. Definitely works

This is one of those products that you debate over, and then order without regret. We were using the ‘other’ brand that vets sell at almost 3x the price (or more), and this does the same job. The only downside with these is that there’s a slight coppery smell with them, but the trade-off is well-behaved cats for a lower price. Definitely recommend.
