I bought two of these two years ago for my boyfriend for Christmas. He loves to smoke foods and take them to parties and these are invaluable for those times! They’re well built and the heating/cooling pack surprisingly still functions really well. In time, the latches no longer latch so you have to be careful when transporting your food. 10/10

Overall it seems like it should work well, however, the lid doesn’t click on tight like it should. I gave only 4 stars because of the lid not staying down flat to the container. There are no cracks or broken plastic anywhere so that is wonderful! The appearance is very nice I purchased the charcoal and it looks like a nice dish instead of plastic which is what I was going for. They cleaned up nice as well however I haven’t used them for food just yet but will tomorrow. It is a 9×11 pan and container so this size is nice and looks like it should work for what I need it for. Just would be nice if the full plastic lid would click into place. At least the top plastic lid does.Update: I used this container system today and yeah it worked well, only the thick charcoal plastic lid doesn’t snap down to keep the container closed. I used the aluminum foil container that came with the system so it wasn’t the wrong size to be too big to fit correctly. The small container system like this I purchased (8×8) snaps down. So I thought this larger size would too.

Great for home and to go
Love my fancy panz! It fits half size foil pans perfectly. For home it makes storing and stacking leftovers in the fridge so easy. For taking to others it really is great to leave the leftovers but take your pan home. I always get compliments from my friends and neighbors on this.

Cover did not stay close but they resolved it
I originally bought this item and had an issue with the cover not staying shut. I returned it and bought another one. The send one did not stay closed as well. I reached out directly to the company and they communicated with me to see what the issue was. They resolved it and I could not be happier. This company stands behind their products I am now a customer for life. I plan to buy a number of them as Christmas gifts this season. They are a great American Company who cares about their customers and their products.

This pan is the best idea ever! It’s perfect for keeping things cold during the summer. I love how easy it is to travel with. It fits the dollar store tin pan, so its easy to replace. I haven’t tried it to keep things hot yet, but it works good to keep it cold. When going to a bbq/ pool party with a cold salad dish…its’ great because you don’t have to try to find a spot in the fridge. It can sit out for quite awhile. I love how you don’t need saran wrap, it has a cover…super easy clean up-throw away the tin foil tray…it sets up fast. It’s perfect for taking somewhere or just using at home.
