Apart from the price, everything else is great
I previously bought an electronic one, but I didn’t like it because the noise scared my daughter. This one is great. It’s noise-free and doesn’t have any sounds that could scare the baby. I also like that it’s easy to clean, doesn’t require a filter or batteries. The circular nozzle is very soft and is non-invasive, so it’s gentler on small nostrils. I also like that it’s pump-style, so I can control the suction strength according to the baby’s needs. And it’s small enough to carry around. However, its price is nearly $30, and for a manual nasal plug tool, I think it’s a bit expensive.

The nozzle is smooth and well rounded to avoid any scratching when you hold it against their little nostrils. I’m a Nose Freida lover, but lost the tubing for it so I decided to order this one since it uses a hand pump instead. Unfortunately, this thing is a no. My child isn’t sick right now but I wanted to introduce the device so there wasn’t a fight when we actually needed to use it. She was very wary of it. I decided to show her how gentle it is by using it on my husband, who IS sick, which is what we did when we first got the Nose Freida. Well, it backfired phenomenally. My husband shrieked because the pressure was way too much. Did it get some snot out? Yes. Was the experience pleasant for him? No. Did that solidify my child’s fear of it? 100%.Also, and I can’t pinpoint why, seeing the snot in the little container of this device is significantly more disgusting than seeing it in the nose freida… and that’s coming from someone who had no issue using my mouth to suck some snot out with the nose freida. Maybe it’s because this container is clear and the nose freida is blue so it kind of camouflages it better? Who knows.Lastly, this device is BIG. If we were actually planning to use this again, storage would be a hassle.

I was skeptical at first, but after reading all the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. The my surprise, the device really works. It’s easy to use, did a great job in removing mucus. The instruction was clear and straight forward. The device has minimal parts so it’s easy to assemble and clean. My little one had a running nose and was quite fussy; she felt much better after using the device to remove the snots. I was able to use it with ease. I’m very satisfied with the product and was glad that I gave it a try.

Oh boy, this is the best strong nasal aspirator. +++ better than other suctions i have used in the past. I even bought the braun electric aspiratore for +$50 but not close to this one. Little ones may not like it but trust me it takes all the gunk out.

I have been using the baby nasal suction that requires a filter and sucking with your mouth for years. All of my kids have hated it but it has done the job. Therefore, I was hopeful that this would be a more pleasant experience for my 1 year old. I have had the hardest time. His arms and hands are so fast at pulling it away as I’m trying to hold the suction to his nose with one hand and squeeze the pump with the other. I have no left over hand to keep his hands away and so I have had to get my husband to come help. He, however, seems to be able to make it a game and get decent results all on his own. So, for me personally, I struggle to get effective nasal clearing results with this product. I guess I need to make more of a game with it.
