This is a perfect toy for your small one. Children who are only prepared to play can use this on land or at sea. Their holes in the bottom of it to allow them to take it to a sandbox or the bathtub. In order to learn spatial concepts, they descend, or ascend, in size to be stacked, which is a large accomplishment for a tiny person. If you can barely sit up, being able to stack one or two of these on top of each other is a pretty big deal. There are numbers written on each side of the base in the order that they should be stacked in, which also allows the child to learn what the numbers look like. For children who are too young to learn numbers and can only learn more general concepts, such as colors, this is great as well. In that case, it’s just a toy. All kids like toys. They are also a perfect size to throw. With a limited number they’re easy to pick up, and with the concept they’re made in you can quickly stack them and store them in a small place. They take very little room. These can be used from, I would say, eight months to four years, depending on the educational advancement of your child. If your child isn’t using them for education, keep them in the sandbox as long as they want to.

Great stacking/nesting cups.
These are great my daughter loves stacking these cups! Although the product description claims it has no sharp edges and it is completely smooth i did deduct a star because on of ours has a rough/sharp edge on the bottom of the 7 cup. It also made the bottom a little wonky but it still stacks and nests just fine. I will have to file the 7 down or something.

Exactly what I expected, they nest and stack and are vibrant colors. Super durable plastic, my 6 month old loves them. Good value at less than $10!
