Need to snap the zipper into the lock hole.
1.Put the dials at original number 0-0-0.
2.Press down the reset button (a)with a tool until hear the “Click” sound.
3.Set your combination by turning the dials(b),for example 8-8-8.
4.Push the button(c) towards to the direction of arrow and the reset button(a) will be back when you hear the “Click” sound.
Now you have finished to set your personal combination.Please remember your personal combination by heart. You can repeat the above steps if you want to reset your password

Sturdy with nice feel and appearance
This is a good box for storage. The description is accurate although I thought it would be larger than what it actually is. It is very sturdy and should withstand 250+ lbs without issue as long as the lid is on top. The handles work I haven’t tried to use them with weight yet. They seem ok. The zipper lock is by far more secure than other zipper locks I’ve used. Overall this ottoman/box has a nice well made feel and appearance with a decent price. If it does withstand heat the way it’s advertised then it’s definitely worth a five star. I’m going to go ahead and give it the benefit of the doubt.

This ottoman is surprisingly sturdy despite feeling thin at first. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my important documents and photos are safely stored and protected in case of an emergency. Great product
This is probably my favorite piece of furniture. It’s very lightweight, has tons of storage, and can hide all your fun toys. I can comfortably sit myself on it. I would not recommend getting this as a piece where people tend to sit, as the walls are not built for sitting multiple people, don’t have spicy time on it. Use it as a footrest, or just decor. I personally sit it next to my bed as a place to put my shoes on.

Held up for a little over a year but easily scratches and scuffs. It just broke on me the other day. It’s still usable but the top caved in slightly and is broken, wouldn’t likely buy again.

Honestly I was pretty impressed with this little box. For the price I’m very pleased with it. It seems pretty sturdy, I guess my only issue if you could even call it that, is getting the two zippers lined up with the spots that they snap into to lock it can be a little tricky as you have to press the button on the side with one hand as you push both zippers into place because you do have to get them both snapped in at the same time to get it to actually lock but once I did it a few times it got a little easier and you must have a little patience and not be in too much of a rush. I do wish it was a little simpler of a process but again that would be the only complaint I really have but overall it’s a pretty neat little box and I thought the price was decent and the fact that it comes in pink was the closer on the deal for me lol.
