First I ordered this and the shipping was quick! When the ottoman arrived the box and ottoman both were damaged. I easily reached out to the seller and writhing 24 hours they had a replacement being shipped to me. I had the new ottoman in my house within days!I appreciate them for making this process so easy to go through.As for the ottoman it’s perfect for the space. I use it in our closet for extra storage and it’s got plenty of it. The material is great the detailing is great. You won’t be disappointed in this product

This product was defective due to not having the pre drilled holes to put the ottoman together. After informing the company they advised I have to pay for return shipping which cost more than the ottoman so I’m stuck with a defective product. BEWARE BAD BUSINESS!
