Terrible product
If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible product…it’s hard to put together because it is constantly fallling apart. It is very cheap and not sturdy at all. It doesn’t work properly.

I’m torn between giving this 2 or 3 stars. On one hand, it’s working fine for us. We placed it in a location where it is protected and doesn’t have to be folded and unfolded, or moved. And this is good, considering the construction. All that holds this rack together are lightweight steel tubes that are jammed into plastic brackets; no latches, snaps or pins, nothing but press fittings, 26 of them. Any lateral pressure and this thing will fall apart. Another point in favor of just 2 stars is it claims to be suitable for indoor/outdoor use. The rods are lightweight steel tubes and while they are coated they will rust on the ends, which aren’t coated, and on the inside, which isn’t coated either. But it is attractive and it’s doing fine for us with its gentle, protected lifestyle, so it gets a 3. But if you’re looking for something robust, keep looking.*Free assembly tip if you decide to buy it: place the end pieces on the floor with the brackets facing inward. Hold the end of the rod firmly against its bracket and use a soft mallet to gently tap the back of the bracket. This will drive the rod end into the bracket as securely as this set up can do.

Impossible to set up and when you finally do, it’s so fragile you can’t place anything on it. Spend the extra $20 for something that won’t drive you into a rage when you try to use it.

I’m actually going to call this a nightmare to put together. It keeps falling apart. But I love the concept.

When you have enough patience to put it together it’s actually a really great collapsible drying wrack that I use basically every day.

Works fine but a little small
Good product but I didn’t realize it was smaller than some of the other ones that are a little more pricey. It does the job just fine but a good reminder to read the fine print first regarding dimensions.

hate it—the bars keep falling out–impossible to put together as the cross bars won.t stay put the holes for them on one side fit the bars but on the other side they won’t fit as the openings for the bars are not the same–waste of money
