Enhanced Comfort and Protection
The Frienda 4 Pcs Vest Inner Plate EVA Vest Inner Liner Foam provides an excellent solution for enhancing comfort and protection in plate carriers or tactical vests. Crafted from high-density EVA foam, these inner liner plates offer a lightweight and durable alternative to traditional ballistic plates. The foam plates are designed to fit seamlessly into the pockets of plate carriers, providing additional cushioning and support against impacts and pressure points. This helps distribute the weight of the carrier more evenly across the body, reducing fatigue and discomfort during extended wear.Despite their lightweight construction, the EVA foam plates provide reliable protection against blunt force trauma, making them ideal for training, airsoft, or recreational use. Additionally, the black color of the foam plates adds a sleek and professional look to any plate carrier setup.Installation is quick and easy, and the foam plates can be trimmed or modified to fit different plate carrier sizes or shapes if necessary. Whether used as standalone protection or in conjunction with ballistic plates, the Frienda EVA Vest Inner Liner Foam provides an affordable and effective solution for enhancing the comfort and performance of plate carriers. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to upgrade their gear with added protection and cushioning

100% Recommend
I ordered these as an alternative to actual armor plates since I only intended to use the vest for cosplay. They’re much lighter than actual plates and they feel like the real thing in terms of movement and size. Their thickness is perfect for added realism, and they hold up well to the rigors of all day use. They obviously are not very functional for use in law enforcement, so I wouldn’t recommend them for that. However, if you’re doing paintball or airsoft or just need something to make your body armor more realistic looking for cosplay, this is the way to go.Using these for my vest allowed me to make the vest look so realistic, that when I met Nancy Allen (“Officer Lewis” from Robocop), she and her team were impressed with it and were asking questions about it. One of her handlers was even a real cop in Canada, and he thought I was wearing REAL body armor. He didn’t believe me until I invited him to look inside my vest where plates go. He was so impressed by the attention to detail and he complimented me on the realism of my cosplay body armor. He even said that he didn’t know something like this existed and that he was convinced these were real until he saw for himself.Based on their effectiveness for added realism without the weight, and the number you get for the price you pay, I would say that these are a good value for anybody wanting to have realistic looking body armor.

Good deal
Sturdy foam pads that fit behind a standard plate. A bit thicker than some trauma pads I’ve seen, but same type of foam. Just means a little more protection, but does add so.e bulk.

Work great
A great alternative to carrying heavy vest plates. If all you need is some understructure when you’re just at the range or don’t want to lug around armor, these will do the trick.
