Does not function like a real recliner
Recliner does not function like a normal recliner where the feet come up first and then the back tilts. The only way to have the feet fully up is to lie fully flatI guess you get what you pay for

Great chair but arrived damaged.
I really love the chair. It’s not a quality build so I am not sure how long it’ll last but for the price, I think it was fair.There is a zipper on the bottom of the foot rest that makes noise when the massage is on. I taped it to the fabric so the noise stopped.The chair itself is very comfortable and perfect for my 5’4” self. I’m a little too short for the tallest massage part on the shoulders but otherwise it’s a perfect fit.I’m giving it three stars because one of the parts arrived damaged. All I wanted was a replacement part so I could enjoy my chair. However, I tried contacting the manufacture multiple times through various methods and never heard back. I contacted Amazon after that and they made it right. Still disappointing of the manufacturer though. Just be ware that there is no support from them if you need it.It is prettier in person than the picture shows. I would have given it full stars if the part wasn’t damaged.
