I picked up the HEYVALUE baby carrier in deep gray for my 3-month-old, and it’s been a lifesaver for getting anything done around the house or out on walks. The **cross-back straps** distribute weight evenly across my shoulders and back—no more neck pain like with my old front-pack—and the padded waistband keeps the load off my hips. Our little one (now 12 lbs) nestles in perfectly with the **adjustable head support**, and the fabric is soft, breathable cotton that doesn’t get sweaty even on warm days.Putting it on solo is actually **effortless**—just slip arms through, click the buckle, and tighten the straps. It doesn’t have 6 or 7 different carrying positions, just 2, which is more than enough for me. This is a front carrier only, not convertible to a back carrier for older babies. It maxes out at 35 pounds. It has comfortable, wide shoulder straps, simple buckles (though the large one can be a bit difficult to undo), and lumbar support. Everything I need in a simple carrier at a reasonable price, making this a good value (currently $39.99). If you’re looking for one that will grow with your child and covert to backpack style, this is not the carrier for you.When using it for the first time, make sure the words “this side faces you” are on your left side and fold the baby carrying part under the belt so that all the tag portions are facing inward. It took me a moment to figure this out, but once I did, putting it on was easy.

So comfortable
I wasn’t sure I’d find a carrier that didn’t make me feel like I was wrestling with 20 feet of fabric or messing with a thousand buckles, but this one nailed it. It’s the best mix of both worlds. It goes on fast like a buckle carrier, but once it’s on, it feels exactly like that soft, tight wrap style carrier that newborns melt into.My baby sits in the right position without me having to constantly adjust them, and the head support is actually supportive, not just a floppy piece of fabric that pretends to help. The material is insanely soft and breathable, which matters when you basically live in this thing during the newborn phase. I don’t end up sweaty and irritated after 30 minutes like I did with others.Also, huge win: my back and shoulders don’t feel destroyed after wearing it for long stretches. The waistband and straps actually do their job and spread out the weight instead of digging into my skin.If you want something you can throw on in seconds without reading a manual or getting tangled in fabric, but still get that cozy newborn wrap feel, this one is it. Totally worth it and honestly one of my favorite carriers. Very durable with some stretch and the sizing is perfect.

Nice quality
This is a really nice baby carrier for the right person. It seems to be well-made and the fabric is soft and cushiony. The baby’s weight is distributed evenly on the shoulders with wide straps, rather than on the back like other carriers. There are only 3 hooks to fasten compared to 5 on the current carrier. The side straps are across the rib cage which is better for nursing mothers since the straps of some carriers cut a little too high for comfort when it is near feeding time. However, this carrier doesn’t really work well for my big baby. He currently weighs 20 pounds and this carrier doesn’t support his weight comfortably. I think it would be great for a smaller baby with its nice pillow and the fact that it holds the baby nice and tight. The straps are easy to adjust and fit snugly to keep baby secure. I would definitely recommend this carrier, just not for an older/larger baby.

Perfect Mix of Soft and Structured!
We just got this hybrid carrier and my husband tried it on to test it out. Our third and final baby will be here in a couple of weeks, and we’re so excited to use it with him! I LOVE babywearing or at least the idea of it, but I personally don’t like the really soft, stretchy wraps since they never feel supportive enough for me. I also didn’t want a super structured carrier that feels bulky or uncomfortable. This one is the perfect middle ground! It has a nice stretchy and soft fabric that feels comfortable but also some structure that makes it feel secure and easy to adjust. My husband was able to put it on quickly, and it seems like it’ll work great for him or I. I love that it doesn’t feel too big or bulky but still gives the support we want to keep baby safe. Definitely looking forward to using this a lot with baby #3! Also for reference it fits my husband and I both comfortably, and we aren’t small people – he’s 6’1 220 lbs and I’m 5’9 and 240 lbs (9 months pregnant).
