Better than expected. After reading all the negative reviews and pictures, I still chose this product. It turns out that is the exact style(mid century)I’ve been looking for, it exceeded my expectations, yes, the seat is hard but ok, back and arm cushions are softer. It’s definitely not one to flop down in everyday..but it seems sturdy enough so far(kid free), nice rich fabric, I’m 5’4″ with no overhangs, the back cushions support my lumbar area perfectly, in upright position my feet barely touch the floor(I may saw 1+” off the legs). easily assembled. The electric vibration part(upper&lower back) is much stronger than expected, the heat gets hot but safe. I’ve had 3-4 “big fluffy” recliners, they’re just toooo big, this is narrow and tight not much room needed, it’s light enough to slide around my room or away from the wall. I’m impressed.

Massage is weak
The chair’s comfortable. The all the way back reclining position really doesn’t stay back, as is the case with a lot of small chairs. The massage seems a little more than a vibration–nothing like the massage nodules you might like.

Nice looking chair, but not comfortable
The chair is small, and feels like it will tip over when you recline in it. The cushions are hard and not comfortable. It won’t stay reclined when it is extended.6/28 update: downgrading to 1 star. The chair became crooked as tho something had broken. Upon examination I found a board had become unattached. The construction s made of particle board and held together with staples!!. I didn’t abuse this chair, it’s made of the cheapest construction available! Don’t waste your money on this junk!8/24 update: I tried to fix with a C clamp. At first, it seemed to work…but I can see that it’s going to fail. The chair is getting lower and lower on the right side. Going to try to get product support, I’ll keep updating

These chairs are a feal find
We needed to replace two chairs in a sitting room at a time when furniture shortages ih our area made traditional shopping difficult. We took a chance and ordered these online. When they arrived, they were very easy to assemble – almost self explanatory. They fit together perfectly and operate without any issues. The chair is sturdy for regular use. The massage function is actually a vibrating function but it works well. The heat function in combination with the vibration is very soothing if you have back issues, as I do. Some people complained that the seat cushion is hard. It is firm but comfortable. If it was too soft it would become misshapen very quickly. We paid about $550 for two, and at that price these chairs can not be beaten. Two months of regular use so far, and no problems.

Once Assembled, a Terrific Chair
Make sure you are or know a handy person who has no trouble unboxing the parts and putting them all together. I am old, they tell me, and no way could I have done the job.Once swiftly ass emblemed by my daughter, I have a wonderfully comfortable chair.

Unable to use as a recliner
My grandson put the chair together in about an hour alone. The seat is very narrow and short but works for. (79 year old female 5’4”155 lbs.) it’s extremely difficult to push back and will not remain in the recline position. The heat and vibration features are barely noticeable at all and serves no purpose. It’s too cumbersome to return so I’ll be using it as an accent chair.
