Not Bad Not Great
Initially it wasn’t that comfortable, but now it’s decent and can use it for extended periods. I’m not sure if I adjusted to it or if the chair somehow broke in. It’s true that this chair is probably better suited for shorter people. The backrest and head rest have limited height, so I can see a taller person’s shoulders hitting them. Assembly was easy and don’t have any issues with quality. I can’t say I would recommend this, but it’s adequate enough that I’ll keep it for a while at least.

Could only comfortable for smaller and lighter people
If you are a taller or bigger guy, or have any muscle on you, this chair is actively uncomfortable. The headrest does not align properly at all. You won’t align with the lumbar support at all. The armrests have so little padding, if you have any kind of arm muscles, they will cut your circulation off, without buying third party armchair cushions to make them bearable. There is close to no cushion on the seat. It’s a thin layer of memory foam with a board under it, essentially. Puts constant pressure on my hip bones, even when trying to alleviate that with a footrest.The cheap, no frills, non-ergonomic office chair I had before this, had none of these issues.I’m pretty sure what “ergonomic” actually means, is cutting cost by making an uncomfortable chair out of cheap materials, then selling it as a “healthier” option.Again, if you are a smaller person, this might work exactly as intended. I’m 5’11 with a somewhat muscular dad bod build, and even that is too big for this chair.I’ve also had this issue with all Huanuo furniture products.
