iClimb Ultralight Compact Camping Folding Beach Chair with Anti-Sinking Large Feet (Black – Triangular Frame High Back)

Great chair for portability and comfort. Little tricky to tear down and pack up.
It’s very easy to set up, but tear down is a bit trickier. It did not come with instructions but some tear down tips would’ve made it less frustrating. Setting up, you basically take the frame out as one piece and the parts all fall into place automatically. The seat mesh and wide feet are put on after. I’ve found it’s easiest to put on the bottom two points of the seat mesh on first, then use the loops at the top two points to pull it onto the top sticks.Tearing down, the hard part was folding the frame into a way that fit into the bag snuggly. The two Velcro straps it comes with is not long enough to hold all the members in place so you have to use one Velcro to hold half of the members and the other for the rest of them. And you have to finagle the parts to fit snuggly against each other while they constantly want to pop back into place. A couple times of pratice made it easier though it still takes me a few minutes and I don’t think I could ever do it one handed. I may just get my own string to tie up the whole bundle instead of using the Velcro straps. I thought maybe I could keep the wide feet on when folded up but unfortunately it made the bundle a bit too large to fit back into the bag so I have to take them off every tear down and it takes quite a bit of force to pop on and pull off. I could just not use the wide feet but I really want to use them for outside and no wide feet for inside use so I don’t dirty my floor.The wide feet also were scuffed on the bottom as if they were already used. The rest of the chair looked brand new and had that factory/chemically smell so not sure if the feet are supposed to look pre scuffed. I don’t really care since that will be the first part to scuff in regular use but thought I’d mention it in the review.Though tear down was tricky, I’d still give this product 5 stars as the main reason I wanted it was for the light weight and portability of it, while being more comfortable than just a stool. I absolutely hate lugging around the large beach chairs even though they are much easier to set up and pack up. The complexity of tear down was a worth it trade off for me. It’s definitely very comfortable to sit in and I can put my small back pack on its back when it’s set up instead of leaving my bag on the ground. The carrying case also attaches to the straps of my back pack with two carabiners very nicely.

Not a bad chair
Nice, light weight product. It takes a minute to disassemble but being able to break it down and put in the included carry bag is a nice feature. It does sit a bit low so taller adults may find it a bit awkward. Also, your backside sits lower than your knees, and without armrests it can be a little difficult to get back out of it, especially if you’re older and have bad knees! Otherwise this is a great chair for camping, beach, soccer games, or hunting.

Great lightweight and portable chair
Pros:** Light weight – packs up into a nice little carrying bag that can easily fit into a backpack. Easy to take this car camping, on a outdoor picnic, or outdoor event.** Has two little mesh pockets on each side. Easily holds a phone or drink. Careful when you are setting your drink in there as these are not stable pockets. But will hold a beer bottle nicely!** Easy set up in seconds. All the supports are attached and just slip into their little designated spots. Attach the fabric chair to the supports and voila, you are ready to sit.** Comes with optional (and extra) wide leg attachments if you are sitting on unstable or soft ground. These work well to prevent the legs from sinking into loose ground.** Everything seems well made. I’ve had zero issues with fraying or seams splitting. Has worked flawlessly every time. And I use this chair a ton in the summer. Camping and just sitting on the patio.** Great value!! Some lightweight camping chairs are 2-3 x the cost and you only get 1 chair. This comes with 2.** Overall, they are comfortable to sit in. See below for some minor comfort cons.Cons: (there are not many :)** It’s hard to stretch out in this chair. Your butt sort of sinks down into it. So when you stretch your legs out the bottom part of the chair has a tendency to dig into your hamstrings/butt a bit. Not the worst but it’s hard to stretch out unless you have something to put your feet up on to level out.** Stability is just fine if all you are doing is sitting in it. If I have to shift my weight to really reach for something to the left or right, you will start to feel the chair ‘give’ a little. It’s not meant for this so not really a con but be aware that lateral stability will only go so far.Overall, this was a great purchase. These chairs have seen a lot of use both camping and just around the house. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice, light comfortable outdoor chair.

Perfect for in our camper van! Very comfortable and easy to set up/pack away. I appreciate that the storage bag has a good amount of space…it makes packing the chair up a breeze. Sometimes with things like this once you take it out of the storage pouch you never get it back in!!! Not with this!!
