Sturdy space saver, but installation can be tricky

The frame is made of aluminum alloy rather than cheap plastic, so it feels premium and durable. It looks nice enough to put in a bathroom or kitchen without it being an eyesore.How it WorksThe rack pulls out smoothly from the wall. When the support arms lock into place, the flat surface is very stable. I really like the nylon mesh top because it lets air reach the clothes from both the top and the bottom, which speeds up drying.Space SavingWhen you are done, the whole unit retracts and sticks out only about an inch from the wall. It comes with 6 hooks that slide into the bottom slot. These are great for hanging underwear or socks underneath while a sweater dries on top.ComparisonThis feels much sturdier and operates smoother than the accordion-style plastic racks I have used in the past.VerdictPerfect for apartments or small laundry rooms where every inch counts, but mostly for drying small loads or single items.One DownsideThe mounting holes are spaced 11.5 inches apart. Since most standard wall studs in the US are 16 inches apart, you cannot screw this directly into two studs. You will likely need to use drywall anchors for at least one side.

The LETINE Wall Mounted Drying Rack is a sleek and functional addition to my laundry space. I like how the retractable design saves room when not in use, and the mesh surface is perfect for laying out delicate clothes to air dry. The aluminum frame feels sturdy and lightweight, and the six included hooks are a great bonus for hanging smaller items.The only hiccup was installation. The mounting holes are 11.5″ on center, but my wall studs are 16″ apart. Thankfully, I had two closer studs near my laundry door and made it work by angling one screw. Now that it’s up, it’s been super handy for everyday laundry and looks great too. A solid 4 stars for performance and style. Just be ready to get creative with mounting!

Space Saving Laundy Drying Rack!
This drying rack has a great space-saving design, perfect for a small laundry room or bathroom. It comes with both a screwed in mount or adhesive glue to mount this to most surfaces. Since I was attaching this to the back of a closet door, I used the adhesive glue since the mounting hardware would have gone through to the other side. I recommend to use additional tape/clamps if you have it to ensure a strong bond. It was relatively easy to setup.Once up, it is great to pull out as needed to dry any damp items flat, or to put hangers on via the adjustable hooks or the ledge of the rack. And when done with use, I can easily retract it and it takes up basically no space. I wouldn’t put anything too heavy on it unless you have it well anchored to your wall. The quality and functionality is great for the price and I would recommend it!

Small retractable drying rack with 6 hooks for small spaces
This sturdy retractable drying rack pulls out from where it is mounted. When the support arms are locked into place, the flat surface is stable. The nylon mesh allows for air circulation from above or below. It comes with 6 hooks that slip into the bottom slot and allow intimate items to be hung from the under side for drying. When retracted the whole unit only protrudes about an inch from the wall when mounted. It is an ideal addition to your laundry room, well made, and sturdy. It is small, being the only negative, but likely a positive for most laundry areas that are generally too small. This is a quality product, superior to what I expected.

Very handy drying rack, It is not in the way, just close it up and your done, holds a lot of clothing items, mounted easily to the wall. I have a very tiny laundry room, with no space for hanging things, or for drying little things, and this solved the issue. Its strong enough for several things, has a drying shelf, little hooks. and folds shut… Just what I needed.
