Thoughtful and Practical Baby Shower Gift
We bought this for a friend’s baby shower, and it’s been such a practical gift! The manual nasal aspirator is easy to use with one hand, and the soft silicone tip is gentle on newborns and toddlers.I love that it has three adjustable suction levels, making it easy to clear mucus safely and effectively. It’s also simple to clean, which is a huge bonus for busy parents. This is a thoughtful, useful, and high-quality product that any new parent would appreciate. Highly recommend for baby showers or first-time parents!

Good concept, but poor suction
This baby nasal aspirator is a good concept. I like the idea of the adjustable suction levels as to not hurt your little one. The silicone tip is soft and gentle enough for babies. It’s easy to use and clean. That being said, the suction just isn’t very strong and is unable to clear congestion effectively. Even after 6 pumps, the highest setting, it struggles to remove thicker mucus. For the price, you may want to spend a bit more on an electric one or spend less for a cheap bulb type aspirator.

Such a great alternative
I can’t even tell you how many times the flu has progressed through our home after using the traditional snot sucker. The filters only do so much and I don’t really get a good return on battery powered versions.. So, I really excited to see that there was a manual version.Unfortunately, no one is I’ll right now * knock on wood * so I was able to test it with water, which I know is less viscous than snot but it at least let me see the mechanics.Basically you pump the back like a clicky pen (and there’s plenty of tension when you press the back), put the stiff silicone tip (it comes with two sizes) into the nostril and create a seal as much as possible and then press he release button and it sucks everything out. It water tests it worked very well. The pieces securely fit together and everything but the blue piece comes apart for cleaning. I ended up getting water in the spring section so I had to try and get that out (there’s a suggestion in the directions,) but I think this is going to be great come cold and flu season. If this turns out to be a huge dud once I am able to use it on a sick kid (or even myself for testing) I’ll update my review, but I am actually looking forward to using it (not cold and flu season or stick littles).

works amazing
I was a bit skeptical of this, but this was the best nose sucker I’ve used on my son. He hates the normal bulb suckers and throws a big fit when he sees them. This one I was able to use on him, and he didn’t cry or get upset. It has an end you pump to get the suction up, and each pump increases the level of suction. I find 4 times works well for us. Then you put it in the nose and there’s a button you click to release the suction, and it pulls the boogies right out. It’s easy to clean, and comes with a brush to help get all the parts cleaned out. It also has a nice case and an extra silicon nose piece.

Works as Described, but Suction Strength May Vary by Need
This nasal aspirator is simple to use, easy to clean, and has a soft silicone tip that feels safe and gentle. The three suction levels are a thoughtful feature, though they may feel weaker compared to other options on the market. For lighter congestion, it works fine, but for more stubborn mucus, it might not be as effective as some parents would hope.I actually tried this on my pug, who was dealing with some congestion, and it surprisingly worked decently for him. For that purpose, it did the job and was convenient to handle with one hand. For babies, though, I’d suggest parents do their own research to make sure this level of suction meets their needs.Overall, for the price, it’s not bad but depending on expectations, it may or may not be the best fit. Good idea; Poor execution
I wanted to love this nasal aspirator. I’m used to using the manual one with the mouth piece, so I felt this would be a better option so I didn’t need to suction it up myself. While it’s a good idea, in theory, the execution was less than convenient. In order to suction my baby’s nose, I had to push the bottom, then once the tip is in his nose, press the button on the side that creates a suction, then repeat as many times as you choose to. This is supposed to remove the congestion. While it did remove a little (I did use saline prior to use), I got more from my other aspirator right afterwards. I also felt that it irritated my little one due to the “push, press button, release, repeat”. Pushing the bottom is also not the easiest to push. While the effectiveness of this aspirator is not the best, it does clean relatively easy and it also comes with a small replacement silicone tip. It also comes with a storage box, but it is cheaply made. The side clasps broke on the first attempt at opening it with little force.Overall, I would look elsewhere for a better nasal aspirator. The functionality is lacking, and not easy to use.

Maymom Manual Baby Nasal Aspirator
This is a nice idea for avoiding using manual suction to work these but I don’t find its anywhere near as effective, especially compared to the electric ones. This reminded me of using those little bulbs from the hospital, does work somewhat but isn’t powerful enough for congested sick babies.

Good, but cleaning could be easier
This is a great nasal aspirator. It works really well and does the job quickly, but it can be a bit of a pain to clean thoroughly.
