Very well made toy! I love the wood over the plastic ones. This is a big size and the shapes have little rattles in them which is a bonus! Great learning tool for shapes and colors too

Baby loved it!
Our just-turned-one yr old granddaughter loved this, and so did her parents.. It was part of her birthday present. An updated version of an old standby, it’s better made, more colorful, and more interesting. Smooth wood and sturdy elastic. The pieces that fit into the cut-outs, or slide between the elastic, also make quiet noises. A very successful gift. I would gift it again.

Fun toy for various ages
I’ve beed slowly replacing my son’s plastic toys with the wooden ones and this shape sorter is a total hit! It’s great, I really can’t complain about anything and I wish we had this one when he was little. He’s 3 and he’s been playing with it non-stop since it was delivered. He sorts all the shapes (there are 8 different ones) and carries it around the house, he even asked to take it to bed for his nap 🙂 The toy is nice quality: natural materials, bright colors, everything is smooth and pleasant to the touch. And as a good quality wooden toy it will last FOREVER. Totally worth buying, much better than plastic ones. I will probably get a couple more as gifts for my friend’s children.

Perfect toy for my 1 year old granddaughter.
My 1 year old granddaughter likes to fit geometric blocks into the specific holes for their shape , but she gets frustrated because she cannot do it independently yet. This toy is perfect because she can fit the blocks through the elastic bands all by herself, and she can spend a long time playing with it.I had read reviews that the box was smaller than what it appears in the photos, so even though it is a bit small, it feels perfect for her little hands.I like that it is a wooden toy and not plastic. It seems sturdy enough that it will last many hours of playing with it. She has only had it for a couple of days.I like that the toy will get more complex as she gets older. There are 2 levels of difficulty for the bands, and then she can start using the geometric shapes when she is ready.

Built to last
Such high quality. My daughter takes this thing and tosses it and shakes it around. It is definitely built to withstand baby strength. The shapes are really cute and I love that it has two different band options. One side that’s a little easier and one side that is harder to reach in and pull the toys out. It really makes my daughter think. Love it

Cute and fun educational toy. I like the blocks that rattle. Cons: the shape holes are on opposite sides so it’s better to set them up with the right 4 shapes for the side they’re playing on. Don’t expect to pass it down through multiple kids because the elastic will stretch out over time.

This has been a great toy for my oldest and youngest. We did lose the pieces a few times but my 3yr old still plays with it, she has ad it since she was 6mo. It is adaptable to the stages they go through, and every age it has been appropriate, as they learn to pull things out, shake the shapes to make noise, then put them in the easy and hard eoastic sides, and play with the elastics (which are STILL intact). Eventually they learn where the shapes go. It is a heavy toy (well built!) so… some head bonks have happened… but my toddler is now using it to learn shapes/build towers/make music. Great toy.
