Washable & breathable
It is thicker than other mattresses for the price and for the pack and play. I’m glad it is removable the cover to get washed because even though we use a waterproofing for if the baby had leaking from his diaper it’s great to know I can wash that part of it as well instead of having to use the backing powder and vaccume method I use for my mattress in bed this is better and I think he doesn’t sweat so much in it because it’s more breathable so I’m not worried about SIDs either you can see it has like a mesh layer so it is safe but can be scratchy so I defiantly still add a fitted sheet to it. Because of how thick it is it doesn’t really do well with travel for the pack in play I would recommend just getting a large bag to put it in when you are traveling but still it’s better to carry a thick mattress than a thin one because they baby sleep more comfortably and longer and doesn’t wake crying or tossing and turning it is more important for us our son than anything. Lightweight mattress.
It’s a lightweight mattress It’s firm enough to be safe and soft enough to be comfortable perfect for the pack and play. I am using this for my baby in the crib, and he is loving it, sleeps well when he is sleeping in this mattress. It’s difficult to fold this mattress, I haven’t tried folding down this mattress.

Dude you have to get it. Makes sleeping in a pack n play so much better and kids sleep so peacefully. Good quality, good for for standard size pack n play, extremely useful, not super easy to store.

Thick Pack and Play Mattress
This is a definite upgrade than the standard Pack and Play “mattress.” This thick, foam topper provides a nice level of cushion and comfort. Because it is on the thicker side, I wouldn’t feel comfortable using with a little baby, but it’s perfect for my 15-month old. Make sure you know the size, as this fits Pack and Plays and mini cribs – not a standard crib. I appreciate that the outer level is washable. The mattress itself did take awhile to expand, so make sure you account for the added time before use. Because it is thicker, it’s not as portable, so it’s best used at your home. Overall, a nice addition to our Pack and Play setup.
