I had no idea this even existed, but I would have loved to have something like this on the last impromptu hike I took. It’s very cute, with a handy strap (highly recommend looping that on your hand as well as the back strap, as others have mentioned). The edges of the hanging strap are a little scratchy but the rest of it (that touches your delicate areas) is very soft. It is very easy to use, and seems to be made of good quality material. Of course, I’m not sure how long it will last as I just got it, but for hiking, biking, and the occasional port-a-potty that is straight out of toilet paper, I can’t imagine a better solution.

Stylish, Effective, and Easy to Use
After years of hiking amd backpacking, I FINALLY decided to get my first pee/wipe cloth. I couldn’t be more happier with Woodsy’s stylish mushroom cloth – it’s very non-descript and hangs neatly on all my packs. The reusable packaging is SO cute and has all suggestions for washing and sanitizing. The handle makes it easy to use and put away quickly after using. The antimicrobial fabric is very soft and dries quickly. Cannot wait to take this on my Florida Trail backpacking trip next month!

Easy to use and does the job
I’ve been so curious about this style of pee cloth since they first came out on the market. A friend was using one on a recent trip so I thought I’d finally try one out instead of using a bandana.It takes a little getting used to the flat surface vs. a bunched up bandana or paper. It didn’t seem like it was absorbing anything at first, but it does, not completely, but close enough. The one thing I had an issue with is the hanging strap. It was in the way no matter how I positioned it. Maybe I’ll figure it out or get used to it over time. Anyway, it dried quickly after use. A thorough washing was easy, left no odors, but takes longer to air dry when completely rinsed or washed.It’s well made, the mushroom pattern is cute, the snaps are easy to use, and the materials are nice. It’s handy, takes up no more space than T.P., and you don’t have to deal with used T.P. afterwards. I think I like it.

Works with dabbing technique
I’m not a regular hiker, but I had read about a lot of female hikers using these “pee cloths,” and I was curious to try it for camping and even regular home use to cut down on toilet paper use (less money wasted on tp, less to go down the drain, less waste in the sewage system/septic tank, fewer trees cut down, more environmentally friendly!). The cloth does work, but the material is dense and spongey, so it can take a few seconds to really absorb liquid, so the best technique is really a press and hold to your body for 5-10 seconds until it absorbs, no wiping. The loop on the back allows for easy holding while keeping your hand completely clean, and the hanging loop with snaps gives many options for where to keep it when not in use. Because the material is slow to absorb, it can also be tricky to wash, so you need to give the water a few seconds to soak in and then rub in some soap, but rinsing is pretty easy once it’s soaked (hand wash and dry is recommended for longevity of the fabric, but it says you can also machine wash). I just hang it to dry. I haven’t noticed any smell, so it does seem to have some ability to control odor, but I only use it for a day and then wash it before using it again. There are different thoughts on how often they need to be washed, especially if out doing a multi day hike where water is scarce, but just using it in your house to cut down on toilet paper use, I would wash it every day, or maybe get two so that you can switch them out. This one with the mushroom print is cute.
