These corner shields are constructed of extruded plastic and come white in color. This item includes a total of six (6) corner shields, and they feature 2-3/8 inch x 2-3/8 inch wide leafs at lengths of 48 inch each. Corner guards like these protect the edges of finished wall corners, designed to prevent chipped paint, tearing of wallpaper and unsightly buildup of fingerprints. These corner shields are solid in construction and come without any pre-perforated installation holes. Use of dual-sided tape is recommended for quick and simple installations, but not included. We bought these because we had 2 puppies and a brand new home lol. We put these on every exposed wall corner. Originally, we intended for them to be temporary but we honestly don’t mind how they look, so they’re more permanent now. When people come to visit, they either don’t notice them or if they do, they rave about what a good idea they are. We’ve had to move furniture since getting them and you never have to worry about knicking a corner. 10/10 would buy again!!

Perfect to prevent Wheelchair damage
My mother in law who uses a wheelchair lives with us part time and after her 1st stay we cringed at how much damage our doorframes received. Before her second stay we purchased these. We cut the length of each piece in half and adhered with double stick heavy duty tape. They are holding up perfectly. Had to reposition one and it took some paint off. We’ll probably leave them up for years until they are no longer needed. They are noticeable but clean looking. Much better than dealing with ripped up wood and replacing the frames down the road.

We were very happy with these . Running a dog rescue, our window panes and wall corners take a beating (and chewing) and these were the answer! We were planning on double sided tape however we pre-drilled holes and screwed them directly into the walls.

It was good for protecting the corners of my entrance. However, it does NOT come with double sided tape. I thought I had everything I needed and had to go out to get the tape to do the job. Just be sure you have everything you need.
