This is a really beautiful piece. Much nicer than expectedMaterial is sturdy and wonderful color, wood is well done and super easy to assemble, only need to screw the legs on. The inside storage is large and the top opens easily. Bought for a coffee table with drink tray/ ottoman for my smaller office. Would definitely buy again.

Such a nice table. We were looking for a square or round table that was big enough to fit properly in an area infront of a couch and love seat. Every one we tride were way to small. This one fit perfectly and looks great. It is well built and sturdy.

Overall pleased
Overall, I’m pretty happy with this purchase. We ordered the 36” square in Distressed Black. It has great storage (see photos). We live in a small 750 sqft house, so every inch of storage counts. The ottoman is so far very sturdy. My 200lb husband plopped himself down on it the other day and I cringed, because I fully expected the legs to bust like some of the reviews. And although all is well, I reminded him not to use it as a seat if he can help it.The material has a brushed texture to it, and it attracts hair very easily. So if you have pets like we do, just be prepared to be vacuuming the hair off frequently. I already knew this going into it based on other reviews. But I typically keep a tidy home, so taking 30 seconds to vacuum the ottoman while I’m vacuuming the rest of the house daily isn’t a big deal to me.Before installing the legs, I noticed one of them had a small, hairline crack. The crack certainly did not go all the way through the leg, and it almost looked like just a crack in the finish. Not sure. Now that the legs are installed, I can’t even find the leg in question to show a photo of it, so it’s clearly not that obvious of a flaw.There’s a small chip out of the wood frame on mine (see photos). I have a wood furniture repair kit that will easily cover that up, though. But worth noting.My biggest complaint was the delivery/tracking. Amazon tracking said it was out for delivery on a Monday, but it never came. The next day, same thing. Never came. For 5 days, Amazon’s tracking said it would be delivered that day. Finally, I referenced the tracking number directly on UPS’s website. It said delivery was “expected” Thursday. It never came. Finally, on Friday, it was delivered even though the UPS tracking was acting like it had actually lost the package. It was a mess. Neither UPS nor Amazon had any real answers. I’m just glad it all worked out in the endOverall, I would recommend and would buy it again.

Simple and stylish — the perfect piece for a small space
I needed a storage ottoman for my small living room and was hoping to find something simple with clean lines and a neutral tone, under $200. This fit the bill perfectly!I purchased the Natural color, which looks a bit different than the photo. It is lighter in shade and appears a little more textured with the stitching. Those were both positives for me. There’s a decent amount of storage here too; I am just storing blankets in it. One thing to note is that sometimes the blankets smell a little weird (almost clinical?) if they’ve been in there too long. Easily fixed in the next wash.The legs are sturdy and very dark brown. Sometimes they look black, sometimes they look brown. I don’t care either way; most of my furniture is that in-between color anyway.Sometimes I move the ottoman off to the side and sit on it like a bench to create more open space when kids are around. I am not strong and I can move it easily. It also bears weight well; my husband can sit on it without worry (~200lbs). The soft edges are also good if you have little ones—it’s one of the few pieces in my home that I don’t worry about hurting my nieces/nephews.Unfortunately, since purchasing this ottoman, my cat has scratched the ** out of it and it started pilling. This is not the furniture’s fault! I’ll probably buy an exact replacement once this piece becomes too destroyed for my living room, since I love it so much. Definitely recommend.

Nice quality storage ottoman
Was looking for an ottoman/coffee table that had a post modern feel and simple lines while still providing storage for blankets. I’m always nervous buying furniture pieces online because who knows how it’ll look in person with different lighting, etc. I came across this one and now that it’s here, we really like it in our living room. The only assembly needed was to screw in the 4 legs, which was very easy. I went with the chestnut distressed brown and the vegan leather is really quite soft to the touch and doesn’t look cheaply made. It has a nice slightly distressed texture to it that makes it look like a genuine soft leather. The legs on the bottom give it a nice height and gives just enough room for your feet to sit under it which i think is a little more comfortable when you’re using it also as a coffee table. I dressed it up with a wooden tray to be able to sit drinks or other items on top and it’s working out really well. We are really pleased with the look and quality of it for the price. Shipping was fast, too. Glad we ordered this!

Handy Comfortable Ottoman
Nice comfy ottoman. I am happy with the padding. It has a night weight – not light or flimsy but is easy to move around unloaded. (I’m not using storage compartment.) The brown color fabric is soft, sturdy and textured but looks like leather. I purchased to use instead of a coffee table to put my feet up. Wish it was a few inches longer for my couch. I would recommend measuring your couch and checking the length of ottoman so you can visualize how it will look in your room/with your furniture.

Beautiful but flawed
Beautiful but flawed. Screws that attach the hinges aren’t adequate and come out. I received a damaged product with a large gouge in the fabric. Fabric looks great and is soft but it’s not a typical faux leather. More of a soft fabric, not wipeable like typical leather/faux leather.

I’ve now had this ottoman for almost 6 months and it has held up remarkably well to lots of cat use and a few spills.I love the mid century modern aesthetic of it and it goes well with my decor. My one complaint is that the colour of the trays is a different colour than the legs – trays appear black. I initially was using it with one tray side up which made the colour difference noticeable, but now use it tray sides down so it’s not an issue.

Ottoman is of very good quality and easy to assemble. Storage is ample. We ordered another and placed them side by side for a larger accommodation. Very pleased with product.

Have had this for a few days now, and I love it so far. Pretty sturdy it seems. Love the extra storage for pillows and blankets. It’s not too big and not too small…just right for our space. Just a few notes…..it’s not faux leather….it LOOKS like leather, but it’s an actual fabric with a distressed faux leather look. I like it. It’s textured, but soft. The color is also not super black. It’s more a dark charcoal grey…as you can see from pics. The tray on top is jet black. It may not hold up for many years, but for now and the price, I am satisfied. I recommend. I may get another one in a different color for living room.

My husband needed to tack down three of the corners on the bottom because the staples did not catch the fabric and it hung down a bit.
