Soft, safe, and adorable tummy time mat
I had never heard of the Peanut Shell brand before, but after some research I found they’re a well-established company with a long line of baby products and great reviews. This tummy time mat definitely lives up to that reputation.When I opened it, there was no strong smell (which I really appreciate with baby products). The mat is extremely soft, generously sized (much bigger than any I had with my other children), and nicely padded. On carpet, the padding is perfect; on our tile floors, I just add a folded blanket underneath for extra comfort in case baby’s head flops.Three out of the four extremities have sounds or textures for baby to explore, and the sewn-on toys are cute, safe, and free of sharp edges. The included lovey blanket is adorable—I only wish it had an option to attach to the mat.The quality is excellent, with clean stitching and no stray threads. The non-slip back isn’t as grippy as I expected, but it still keeps the mat from sliding as baby wiggles. I also love that it’s gender-neutral, so it works for boys or girls and can be easily stored away for the next baby.Price-wise, it feels very fair and about average compared to similar listings, but this mat is larger than most in the same price range, which adds value.Overall, everything about it is cute, well-made, and safe. I would absolutely recommend it for anyone with a little one, or as a thoughtful baby shower gift.

The Peanutshell elephant shaped activity play mat is absolutely adorable and the price is unbelievable.The surface is so soft and very cushiony. The mat features multiple textures and includes 2 wooden rings, a stuffed monkey and a leaf shaped mirror that are attached to the mat. The elephants feet have different sounds and features. Also included is a cute mini giraffe security blanket. The backside of the mat features nonslip dots to help prevent the mat from sliding around.Care instructions surface clean only. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.Can be folded for storage and or travel.This activity play mat is very well-made with a lot of attention to detail for babies comfort and sensory development.

Love this for my baby, super cute
This is such a cute play mat! Its nice and plush so the baby isn’t just feeling the hard floor and the side littpe tpys keep my baby busy for hours. She just lays on it and kicks around and even started turning over. Because it’s shaped like an elephant the size is a bit weird but she loves it she moves all around it now and loves playing with the ears! It’s a really cute mat and my baby loves it. The quality is really nice too it’s made pretty well.

Large, soft; great for tummy time or bedroom rug
Super cute and soft! Lots to keep my baby entertained during tummy time and can be used as a toddler rug as they get bigger. It’s soft, has crinkly parts, play rings, different textures, etc. It says its surface clean, wipe with damp cloth, but that’s not realistic for my use so I threw it in my washing machine in a cold gentle cycle after detaching the wooded play rings and let it air dry and it turned out great. The included blanket animal is really soft and squishy all the ways around too and my little one enjoys carrying it around. Very happy with entire package.

I really, really like Peanut Shell products for babies. They make great crib sheets and gift sets and this adorable tummy time mat for babies. The mat is shaped like an elephant with big flappy ears, and it comes with a pocket for the cute little giraffe snuggle, a couple of removable teething rings made of wood, crinkley ribbons for tactile sounds, a sweet monkey plush and a safe baby mirror.It’s big, 37″ by 39″ and can be used on any type of floor, from wood or vinyl to carpet. It’s soft and a great place for baby to start engaging with the world, with lots of things to catch your little one’s eye. It also coordinates with other Peanut Shell products, like crib sheets and mobiles. And it’s washable, which if you have a baby, you know how important that feature is.I highly recommend all this manufacturer’s products. So far I have found them well-made and really cute. This would make a great gift with a lot of baby entertainment packed into one mat. And it travels well.
