Perfect for the RV
We go on RV trips randomly and I needed a way to know when the propane had sufficiently cooled the fridge and freezer so I could stock the fridge before we leave for trips. These are perfect. They are small enough to not take up room in the small fridge and freezer. And the screen is the entire front so the numbers are very big. The screen lights up when you touch it so that’s a nice feature. We kept them on the entire trip which was one week, no issues with battery life. Now that the RV is stored, we simply turned off the unit with the switch. I’m assuming there will be battery juice when we turn them back on in a couple months. As per magnet strength–turns out that the inside of my fridge and freezer is plastic so the magnet feature was not used. There is a hook which worked great. The temperature accuracy seemed spot on–it said 20 degrees for the freezer and sure enough stuff was frozen for the entire trip. The fridge read 35 and sure enough everything remained cold. (This is AZ so outside air temps were in the triple digits). For the price and features, I highly recommend these.

Good function and value for money
Great. Placed one the fridge and one in the freezer. They work great. They go down to -20C. Beyond that it just reads as LL (for low). The readings for min and max temp in the last 24hrs of measurements on the right are even more useful that the immediate number because you can tell if your fridge actually reaches the food safe temps with the door closed. They have nifty handles to prop them on shelves or hand them from something. Overall excellent buy. Compared with another thermometer and they appear accurate. The light is an added bonus. I have a food probe thermometer from the same company and that works great too. Overall a good brand. Amazon is awash with cheap white label goods whose quality and value per dollar is hard to ascertain. These appear to be well made and well priced.

Great simple thermometers, but hard to track history
We bought these because our fridge seemed warmer than was set in the controls. the freezer couldn’t make ice because it was struggling to cool the fridge. The repairman replaced the compressor, but suggested we get thermometers to see if the fridge stayed in the acceptable range.Temperatures seem accurate. The screens are readable and clear. The hooks are too small to hang from any part of my fridge interior, but I’m sure they would work perfectly well on a restaurant walk-in with wire racks. The hook transforms into a stand that works well.My only complaint is the high/low monitoring. To clear the history, you have to hold the thermometer and press the button for a few seconds. No matter how I try, it always starts at about 50 degrees F just due to the heat from my hands. Again, this would be fine for a restaurant with a walk-in cooler. But it doesn’t help me to know if my fridge thermostat is not working. I need to know if the fridge gets above 40 degrees for any amount of time, but if the high starts out at 50, it doesn’t help.I may have to get one with a continuous monitoring history that i can view with an app.

They work perfectly. Come with the battery that’s easy to change. Standard button battery. They have a lighted dial at the touch of a sensor. Best refrigerator thermometers I have ever used. I bought two more for my camper. Other units I’ve had did not last and couldn’t change batteries.

Good Quality; Easy to Use; Easy to Read
These thermometers are a good size and quality. They are easy to read and seem to be accurate. They can measure temperatures from -22º F to 122º F. I like the option to hang them or stand them on a shelf. I also like being able to turn them off when not using them so that I can save their battery life. Replacement batteries are a common type: CR2032.

Great thermometer for refrigerator or freezer, cooler, lunch box, medicines that need to be refrigerated! Nice backlit display, F or C readout, magnetic or hanger. Accurate to I believe within: -1 to +1%. I have another thermometer type and different manufacturer, next to this one and they both read exactly alike. I would recommend to family and or friends to buy!

Even ice can get too cold.
Ok freezer was driving crazy. No cubes from ice maker, just fragments. Turns out freezer was way too cold. Suppose yo have freezer temp -2 to +5° gor quality ice cubes from automatic ice maker. My freezer was -17°. This thermostat connects to basket or lays in freezer. Nice big display makes it easy to read. Display doesn’t fade out from cold. Nice size for any use. Even works as out door thermometer for winter use.

So far these work great. Having trouble with our Fridges one is a Samsung (typical freezing/icing up issues) and the other is an LG. So these help monitor the temps.
