After receiving the Sanitizer the beeping at the end of cycle didn’t work. I contacted the seller. She was great to work with. She sent me a new Sanitizer as it was under the 2 year warranty. She said that the beeping at the end was only for youur convenience.I love the size of the unit and the ease of use.It was bought for my husband and my C Pap equipment. Everything fits in and is finished in 11 minutes. As far as I can tell it is doing what it says it will do.On the con side, the directions don’t say what to look for to know if it is working correctly.For extra information about the product: Using the Sanitizing cycle, The light on top blinks on and off during the cycle and the last minute it makes a noise. The light on the front is on while it is doing the cycle you choose. The 6 beeps at the end are very faint. At least on the second one. I have only done the cycle that is in the instruction booklet and it did beep faintly at the end. I would recommend this product. The owner is very quick to send more filters as a thank you and very quick to respond if you have any issues. It was great that she sent me a new unit and saved me from having to return the first machine. I am looking forward to using this Sanitizer to keep both my husband and myself healthy.

Grateful for the extra minutes during the day
Being a first time parent with a preemie in the NICU and their handwashing policies really drove home the importance of keeping things sanitized. The combination of noticing the UV-C lights at the hospital, seeing that my wife’s breast pump manufacturer offered a UV-C sanitizer and the amount of time I was spending doing things the harder way drove me towards looking into these devices. So far I’ve been really happy with this and the amount of time it has saved me when dealing with bottles, pacifiers, breast pump parts, etc. Everything gets washed (no, this doesn’t automatically clean everything for you – like, that should be obvious… you still need to thoroughly clean everything before putting it in here) and afterwards I shake the excess water off and toss it in for a ‘sanitize and dry’ cycle. 61 minutes later we’re good to go, and probably have another full load to stick back in it. When we were making the daily trek to the NICU, I’d wash and load up the pump parts and throw it on storage mode so everything would keep clean until we got back home 10-12 hours later. It strikes a nice balance between capacity and size it takes up on the countertop and seems significantly more energy efficient compared to running the dishwasher and its heated dry cycle constantly to keep up with the little loads throughout the day. The ability to just run it on an 11 minute sanitize mode for stuff like our phones, or a pacifier that gets dropped and washed off with less crevices for water drops to hide in is really convenient as well. The build quality is solid and the extra filters it comes with were a nice bonus. Overall this has probably been my favorite, and definitely most used ‘new parent’ purchase and has helped me reclaim a few extra minutes during the day to quickly stuff some food in my mouth or go to the bathroom in between new baby chores, something I never expected I would appreciate as much as I currently do.

Great product. Works as described. It was bought for CPAP equipment cleaning. It’s a large size and fits all the equipment.
