Why screen didn’t work after touch?
Screen will auto locked after 20s of non-touch,Insure long press lUnlock] button 5s to unlock screen before operating.
My oil diffuser suddenly stopped spraying ，or diffusering non-stop，What should I do?
This is intermittent diffuser means runs in ‘diffuser time’ and stops in ‘pause time’,not Failure. So double check to your APP/Device real time set first: Device auto sync your latest setinmg whether set from APP or Screen.
How about the complete troubleshooting if other issue ?
(1) – Cut off power and connect again it will auto diffusering again.
(2) – Long press the [Reset] button 5s to restore factory setting when unexpected situation.
(3) – Clean atomizing core and runs with alcohol to avoid oils block.
Why can’t l connect my diffuser to the app?

This product didn’t come with instructions. The box seemed as if it was return but just assuming. The settings are hard to change on the screen. When I ran on the screen it doesn’t show any changes on the screen. I regret this purchase and should have invested in a reputable or none company.Also I can’t control from my phone because I don’t have the information for this device.
