Broke on Day 4 – Choking Hazard
This was a gift for a first birthday. On Day 4 of it being played with by a one year old, the mirror end of the top part separated from the pegs allowing all of the abacus beads to come loose. Thankfully all of them were found before the toddler could choke on them, but it was immediately returned.

I was very excited to get this toy for my sister’s baby shower but when she took it out of the box it fell apart. The glue had come apart on all of the sides. I thought it was a fluke so I sent it back and ordered a new one but the second one did the exact same thing. I had to send that one back as well. Too bad because it is a very cute toy.
