Bought this for my granddaughters and they love it. It’s educational and fun. I love that it is so durable. The voice of the octopus is cute and makes them smile. One of my favorite parts is that it will grow with them. They chase after it now but I am sure they will enjoy dancing with it when they are a little older.

We love Baby Einstein toys, and my baby loves this thing! Makes tummy time much more tolerable. My toddler loves to hit the button on top of the octopus’s head for his baby brother. Different settings for a growing baby (though my baby loves to watch this thing move around). Fun and interactive! Definitely recommend.

Great Toy With Room To Grow!
I bought this toy for my best friend’s daughter who is only 9 months old and she loves it. I chose this toy specifically for the idea it has a wide age range and wanted to get something that she wouldn’t outgrow quickly.This toy has a age option switch which increases functionality as the child gets older. Her only being 9 months; this toy was fantastic because it lights up and is interactive. As you change the age advancement switch, the toy start doing more things such as numbers, colors, shapes, and even starts moving on the floor so the child can dance with it or a game of chase. It has a auto rest function as well to save batteries, (it takes 3 AA batteries)The only drawback I can see is that it struggles to move on a smooth solid oak floor, I had to help it a few times.Overall it made a great interactive toy to give as a gift with plenty of room to grow into jt.

Fun and Engaging, But a Few Minor Flaws
This octopus toy was a great find for my little one! I love that it has different modes depending on your child’s stage—baby, sitting, crawling, and standing. It’s fun that the octopus spins when touched, which really grabs her attention. I especially like the crawling mode, though it does get stuck on certain surfaces and stops. One downside is that if my little one is just resting on top of it, the toy keeps spinning even though she’s not actively playing. That can get a bit annoying. On the plus side, it does automatically shut off after a while if it’s not being used, which is helpful.
