Good adhesion, very durable and dense.
This edge guard has a really good adhesion compared to another similar one I tried in the past. It will certainly do the job, though it’s not really a soft, cushiony protection–this is more ideal just to protect sharp or fragile edges. For example the other option I’ve tried was more of a thick foam, which actually would prevent damage to many other hard objects if they were to hit. While this will certainly prevent any sharp edges from hitting, the material is still quite dense, so I’d say this is a more heavy duty rigid protection. I’m not a huge fan of the clear edges though I guess that’s a sacrifice you have to make if you want the edge protection. In my specific case I think I will try to find something else that is solid black to protect a home entertainment center speaker from hitting the wall.

Not Just For Childproofing
I like how easy this product is to use. It’s advertised for childproofing, but I need it for adultproofing, haha! I have very high counter tops and high-back swivel iron barstools. When I entertain guests, they love to swivel left to right. I needed to protect my counter top from an accidental impact of the barstool and counter top hitting each other and causing damage. The 18’ foot roll was more than sufficient to cover what I needed. The tape has a gel-like feel that has a sticky adhesive on one side and a smooth non-stick surface on the other side. It’s very flexible, easy to apply, and easy to remove. When removed, it did not leave a residue. I did, however, find it hard to cut with sharp scissors; it kept gumming up my scissors, and I couldn’t get clean cut lines. The packaging came with one 18’ foot roll and eight corner protectors. The QR code on the packaging takes you to their website that has video demonstrations and an e-book.

Easy to apply and work well
These are great for making sharp pointy edges on tables safer if baby bumps into them. I use them to baby proof a metal desk in my office. They stuck on securely and were super easy to install, they’re a good size to fit among most table edges. It’s sticky and durable enough for my toddler to not be able to pull it off, and she has bumped into it and while she did complain a little bit about having bumped her head, not in the early as much as if it were metal there. So I do think it’s functional.

Very thick, very easy to use
Very thick, very easy to use. Great for protecting the edges of tables, counters or any sharp edges. Tape is quite clear, adhesion is good, tape if quite thick for good protection, soft for pliability. The ONLY issue with this product is the length of the tape. It says it is 18 feet long, however, it looks more like TWO 9 foot strips. You can see in the middle of the roll of tape that there is a cut. So if you need a continuous strip longer than 9 feet, this coul dbe a problem for you. Or if the seam is in a section of tape you need to be continuous, it could cause you to waste some tape or not have enough.

Great furniture protection
Easy to use and adheres very well! I really the addition of the corners pieces. Us parents know a toddler will always aim for the corner on a piece of furniture. The tape was thick and easy to cut and it seems to be staying put! Going to put this on all our sharp edges to protect our little one from himself!

Really bad. Hard to lay down evenly if you try to correct it, it looks really bad because of all the glues and air bubbles. Even the corners left sir bubbles. Anything on the coffee table sticks to the edges of the guard tape. Would not buy again …
