So Far, So Good
I was nervous about the assembly, but it turned out to be pretty simple (I mean, if I could do it by myself in about an hour or less, that’s saying something!). I like the build and the size; it’s a comfortable chair, with arms that will give support but not so high that it would be uncomfortable for a nursing mom. We were looking for some solid rocking chairs for our church nursery (not gliders – they break far too often) and this one seems to be the winner. I’ll be ordering the second chair soon – and will try to add to this review once I see how they last.Update: we did have to add two screws to each side of the chair back because one screw was loose and the back was wobbly.

This is the one!
I am obsessed with this chair!! I was a bit nervous because this was cheaper than the other ones I was looking at, but I’m glad I got this one! The cream color is beautiful, the fabric feels nice and comfy, and the arm rests are nice and padded as well. It has a nice rock to it and looks so nice in my nursery. If you’ve wanting a cute modern rocker without having to pay $500, this is the one to get!

Bad bracket placement
The quality is not bad for the money, I bought it for my daughter, the assembly started out pretty easy then when we got to the backrest it became a nightmare, whoever assembled the brackets to the chair itself did a horrible job ( this was done at the factory) we had to take them off- re-measure and reassemble before we could even get the back on

Nice rocking chair
Bought this for a gift for a friend having twins. Liked the wide seat and high back. There’s a pocket on the side that’s handy. It was a bit larger than expected, but very nice. Assembly was not too difficult. Needed help tightening everything, but it all fit together well.

Terrible quality & even worse customer support
When I receive the chair and we assembled it together it look okay. Wasn’t nearly as nice as the picture portrayed. It also came with a huge tag sticking on the back that you can’t get rid of. Ugh, but it gets worse.The left arm of the chair is comfy and had a nice cushion feel under the fabric. The right arm is the chair has ZERO fabric under the cushion. When I reached out to customer service to see if we could get it replaced, I got NO RESPONSE. So then I reach out again asking to completely return it since they didn’t respond to fix the issues. Still go NO RESPONSE. The only thing I got was from Amazon a return sticker to mail.Well since it’s a huge chair & the company wasn’t responding to me, I did not return bc I was scared I wouldn’t get my refund.The chair wasn’t a 10/10, but if they could have let us swap for one that didn’t feel like a hard stiff board on the arm rest, I would have been satisfied.This company ripped me off & refuses to respond to help me when they sent me defected furniture.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I like the look and the dimensions of this chair and at the time it was available for when I needed it. I use it in my sons small nursery for primarily evening and night feeds and to rock to sleep. Definitely on the cheaper side – to be expected when in my opinion when you buy off Amazon and comes in a box for you to assemble. It’s very light so slides around even with the rubber stoppers, it does not have very much padding in the seat or the arms so leaning on an armrest if not comfortable and after having used it for the last 3 months the seat is just okay.
