I use these for adult diapers with the diaper pail (extra). They are convenient, control odor and last a reasonable amount of time.Inserting them into the diaper pail can be difficult because the circumference is a few inches larger than the sleeve which is to hold it in place. Once placed, it is easy to tie off the bottom end and can be removed easily.

These refills are good and work in the akord 330 which is a great diaper pail for those who use adult incontinence products. These refills last me a few months. If the pail cuts down on the smell but doesn’t eliminate it all the time. If the pail starts to smell, I suggest emptying it early or double bag your used items.

I love the idea of the continuous garbage bag system. It makes diaper disposal easy with kids, but sometimes getting the refills in can be tough. Once they’re in though, they work great and make taking the garbage out super easy.
