1. Can’t turn on the monitor
Make sure to use the standard 12V 1.5A power adapter to connect the monitor. If power is supplied by battery, please check if the battery is fully charged.
2. The monitor display ” no signal”
1）Try another HDMI cable. 2）And please try to connect monitor HDMI to your computer, try if the monitor have signal? 3）Change the camera output singal, confirm the monitor input signal whether support the camera output signal.
3. The monitor display “Play and Slide show” when you coonect the HDMI signal format
It is need setting your camera. You need to switch on ‘secondary monitor‘ in the HDMI output settings and switch off ‘auto resolution’ you then need to pair ‘monitor resolution’ with ‘record resolution, and it is work.
4. How to check compatibility with your camera
1) Check whether the signal format output by the camera matches the signal format supported by the monitor. 2) Check whether the HDMI cable supplied with the monitor is compatible with your camera.
5. Other compatibility issues
1) Not full screen—turn off the camera’s “HDMI Display Info.” 2) DSLR camera, no signal issue—turn off the camera’s wireless network function (Wi-Fi, which may interfere with transmission) or restore factory settings.

Good value and quality
Great field monitor for certain photography situations. I plan on using it for mostly night shots when using a tripod, though I used it the other day under sunny conditions and with the hood it was a breeze to photograph some products . It definitely is easier to look at image from this monitor than viewfinder on camera constantly . Wish it came with a battery. Luckily I had 2 batteries from a led light panel that fits this monitor perfectly

Helps to see my shots
This is my first monitor, I purchased this monitor so I may see my shots better than using the viewfinder/3 inch screen on my Canon 5DM4. I had already purchased a battery adapter to work with my existing batteries. Pros: great size, great backlight especially with the sunshade provided, very articulate with included ball head. Cons: I must say that every time I power off the monitor, then on, the CAMERA MODE category on the monitor’s screen turns OFF. I have to go through the settings and turn it on back to 1080i to get a full screen picture after I take my shot. Also, there is NO BATTERY INDICATOR to tell you how much battery you have left to power the monitor. No touch screen to change camera settings on the monitor-this is for viewing only, and you will have to rely on using your camera’s physical settings, because the Canon 5DM4 does not give you a dual screen on its own viewfinder in camera mode. You can use both screens in video mode, but you need to go into settings to enable it. I recommend getting a separate rig to mount this and not using the hotshoe although you could, but you would have to take it off when moving shot to shot unless you are doing video.For the price, it’s a decent first monitor, and I can see where shooting videos would be a plus.

You get what you pay for. The picture quality is good, but everything else about this product is a joke. It doesn’t come with a battery, when you do buy a battery compatible with the monitor it drains super quick, and the HDMI chord constantly pops out of place causing you to lose picture. If you like shooting blind, go for it.

This is a great quality field monitor! Very easy to use and has a long battery life. In most cases you can use it all day without changing the battery. Great picture quality, size and design.

It’s a good screen but it doesn’t come with any battery packs and the included cable is incompatible with my Sony Alpha A7 III.
