Excellent Customer Service
We had an issue with one of the 2 recliners, but contacted the seller and they have been excellent in handling the situation. Very happy with the product that wasn’t defective and very happy with their customer service. Because of how they handled it, we would definitely buy from the seller again.

Comfortable and soft .
Chair is great for watching TV and dozing off a lot 😊. Missing a remote and hook up for massages , chair still worth it, helps my husband to get up from chair and then to sit again (knees are very worn out 😞)Sincerely yoursMrs Kilch—-

Didn’t meet my expectations
Not what I excepted, I didn’t return it because of the inconvenience. It’s a bit hard and it’s not user friendly hard to maneuver two different remotes.

Nice and comfortable
Big comfortable cushiony. Easy to put together. Heavy sturdy. well built. Just a suggestion would make the the wiring either all the same length coming off the base and wrapped just so wires are covered. Or could make it it with just 2 connections.. Overall Great..
